Customer Service Manager, I want to commend Nick, one of your Customer Service Staff, in restoring my belief that customer service is still alive in today’s business world. I had stopped in to check on the status of my vehicle maintenance and pay my bill since I would be picking up the vehicle after closing hours. My rental vehicle needed to be returned by 5:00 PM and my wife could not drop me off at the dealership until later that night. Nick stated that I would not be able to prepay but could pay over the phone once the service was complete. He then checked on the status and stated that the service would be completed today, and he would call when it was complete. I returned the rental vehicle and was in the process of walking home when I received a call from Nick. He apologized that he had made a mistake and that my vehicle would not be completed until the next morning. I stated that I wish I had known because I had just returned my rental vehicle, they were now closed, and I had to figure out a way to get to work the next morning. Nick apologized and said he would give me a call back. A few minutes later he called back and stated he had a vehicle ready at the dealership for me to use and asked if I could get back within the half-hour to pick it up. I stated that I was walking home and that my wife would not be able to pick me up and dropped off within that time frame. Nick stated he would call me back again. When he called, he had arranged a Lyft driver to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. I bought my used Jeep Unlimited from a different dealership. It only 30,000 miles and the original owner purchased it from Bloomington Jeep. When determining where I would have my service completed, I checked reviews and Bloomington Jeep’s customer service ratings were significantly better than Fury Motors. So, I decided to have my service performed by Bloomington Jeep even though Fury Motors is only a mile from my home. Bring my Jeep to Bloomington Jeep for service has been the best decision. Nick, thank you for the excellent customer service. You could have diverted the blame off on the service technicians not completing the service on time or not informing you in a timely manner. You admitted to your mistake and went out of your way to correct the issue. This excellent customer service will keep coming back to Bloomington Jeep for my vehicle service. When it is time to purchase another Jeep Unlimited Wrangler it will be purchased from Bloomington Jeep. Thank you, Jeff

This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.

This is the best driving SUV ever! Love it! I feel safe and it handles extremely well. The infotainment system is wonderful! I will buy it again!

I bought my 1999 996 in early 1999. I love the styling and it drives like a dream. A daily drive for me these days with 85000 miles. The clutch was replaced after 50000 miles and I have the oil changed every 3000 miles. My mechanic has been taking care of it for over 20 years now. I asked about the IMS issue and am told there is no evidence of any problem. If you stay ahead of maintenance you will have the best automobile you could ever own.

I had a positive experience working with Gregg & Noel . They made it easy for me to get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice. The vehicle report from the mechanic matched what AC Motor stated so I felt comfortable making the purchase. All went well.

I love driving my Cayenne. It's a great blend of sportiness and functionality. The GTS model looks awesome on the road. I would likely buy this model again.

When you live in a smaller market, sometimes you have to cast a wide net to find the vehicle you want. For many people, COVID has introduced them to remote negotiation/car buying, but out of necessity, I've done it for years. I've been to Chicago and Dallas, and this was my second purchase from the MSP area. My recent experience with Westside VW is right at the top of the list in terms of any of them. Having bought a boat, I was in need of a new tow vehicle, and after some research selected a used Touareg TDI to fill that need. Negotiating with several dealerships across the midwest/north central US, Chris Palmer at Westside VW quickly proved himself as the one who would "win" the business. We negotiated pricing with a trade-in via email, continuing over a day he was out of the store. We arrived on an agreeable "range" that made sense for me to drive up (4 hrs) to finalize the agreement. In the end, I was pleased when it fell on my "side" of that range. (Word to the wise, it pays to take care of your cars and to tidy them up a little, when it's time to sell or trade. A car is not a dining room.) Chris introduced sales consultant Jeramiah Domino into the process, and he picked up right where Chris left off. We looked over the Touareg, while Chris was evaluating the trade, determined our final arrangement, and completed the ppwk smoothly. In at 10:30 and on the road home before noon, and could have been sooner without a little prep and fuel fill. Chris, Jeramiah, and everyone else I encountered were friendly, competent, and professional. The dealership's tucked into a small footprint near an interstate interchange, but when you get there, you'll be glad you did! Thanks, Westside! P.S. I have had 3 Boxster s over the years and this one for over 10. Loved every minute driving it. Great pick up and handling plus two trunks to allow for hauling things. A real head turner. Just need to maintain it for it to keep running well. I'm only selling mine cause we moved down a dirt road and its too rutted for a sports car. I got it for a great price, so letting it go for thousands less than it's blue book.

I had a Ford Explorer and liked the room, but not happy with performance or FWD. First Porsche I have ever driven, and it was love at first drive. This car has everything you would want in a sports SUV. And, its a hybrid! Initially, I was concerned about the reliability, but I have driven it over 25,000 miles, and no complaints. Life is too short, drive a Cayenne!

Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

Fun car to drive, a eye turner and the fastest Ive own. A little tight if you are taller than 6 foot. Interior a little outdated but for the most part I still love it.

Let me start out by saying not all Porsche dealerships are the same. Porsche of St. Paul is definitely on the top of the list. Purchasing a car these days sight unseen (over 1,000 miles away) can be a leap of faith especially purchasing a Porsche. I can say without a doubt not only was the experience a great one, but the vehicle was everything as advertised and more. Dave Wilson, my salesperson was extremely thorough and detailed in every aspect from start to finish. The communication was excellent and execution on point right to loading it on a transport. Best car I ever owned. Yes it is not practical and it’s expensive. But the 911 is amazing and it does everything quite well. No disappointments.
