CarMax Norcross review
I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
2021 Porsche Taycan review
This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

2018 Porsche Panamera review
I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

When I called the service center, I spoke with Jacob Walker. My service consultant was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to speak with regarding the service needs for my vehicle. Mr. Walker assured me that he could accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciated, as I have a very busy schedule. He was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mikayla McElroy, a service consultant, who was the first person I spoke with upon entering. Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. I informed her that I had previously spoken with Jacob and wanted to come in personally to discuss scheduling my appointment further. While visiting the dealership, I also received excellent customer service from Andrew Mueller. I found Andrew to be very personable, professional, and attentive. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone at the dealership. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond expectations and truly made me feel valued as a customer.
