Used 2014 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Helena, MT

I had looked at it on Monday the 10 th of November and liked it , they were going to do paper work but banks were not open on Veterans Day I went to work and hit a deer on way to work totaling my car on Wednesday and by Wednesday about 3 pm I had my new car !!! This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

Everything went smoothly and quickly, from check-in to check-out. Always have a great service experience. I do not bring my car to any place else.

In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

Updated the status of vehicle and then a personal phone call to review service. Pulled up with loaner - all ready to go. Throughout the experience - courteous and professional. A good, hard-working truck, one design aspect the knob shifter is annoyingly uncomfortable. After 60 years of driving a stick shift knob is just annoying.

Would recommend this dealership specifically if you are needing help in service. My advisor was Jacob Skaalen. Super sweet kid, knows what he’s doing. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time and the communication while my vehicle was in the dealerships was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. I bought my truck last June from Fox Grand Traverse Ford the process with JohnSealy was great. I had some issues with Fox Ford CadillacMichigan. I called Steve the service manager at fox grand traverse Ford. He immediately got to the bottom of it I couldn't thank him enough he handled all the issues did excellent job taking care of my issues with my truck

I love my new 2025 Highlander. The process was pretty smooth although there were a few hiccups. On June 18th we ordered the new SUV and added several options. We paid a deposit that day. On July 18th, we received an email telling us the SUV was on order and gave us an approximate delivery date. When I looked at the order, 3 options were missing, one option was added that we did not want, and the base price increased by $500. Per Thankful, one of the options (mud guards) was already standard on the vehicle. She assured us that the 2 remaining options for floor liners and a cargo mat would be ordered and available when the SUV arrived. She said she couldn't remove the multi-media screen protector which we didn't order and didn't want at a cost of $150. The base increase of $500 was due to tarriffs according to Thankful. I really disagree with that. We ordered the vehicle in June and paid a down payment but Ed Martin increased the vehicle by $650 before we picked it up. We paid the increased price but really feel like it shouldn't have been added. We've been buying vehicles from Ed Martin for 23 years and will probably buy again but this did bother us.
