I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Was very pleased with the customer service. Joe Hanks was amazing and very thoughtful about getting me into the vehicle I wanted. The financial officer was very nice and explained everything to me, also got me the best interest rate that was available.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

They had the truck ready to test drive when I arrived, we talked about the final price so there was no hidden costs, they even lowered the price off the listed price. I told him I had to check out another truck and he let me without bugging me that I should just get his. Later in the day I came back and bought the truck. Paperwork was quick and easy. The truck was clean and well taken care of. The dealers were very friendly.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Bought a vehicle from Miller Auto 6 years ago and it has been a wonderful and reliable vehicle. Went back last week because our other car died. Got set up with Joe and he was nothing but wonderful! They knew we were in a hurry but had we had difficult work schedules to work around. Joe stayed late just so we could get our car a day earlier. We also noticed some things than needed to be checked. No questions asked- they immediately looked and fixed everything and more. I will definitely go back next time I need a vehicle. Also, Joe has a wall mounted chess board that is awesome (if you care about chess at all....)

Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

I had a great experience with Angela..she has great knowledge and understanding of the automotive sales. Highly recommend this dealership. It is great that they are open and available on weekends.

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! Walked in and greeted with a pretty rough area to do business. A salesman met me and I told him the car I wanted to see. He went and got it. I took it for a drive came back and said I want it. He started working with me and like 3 other customers. Pretty unorganized. I was there from 1:00 to after 5:00. Overall Jerred Miehlke was nice and helpful. I left and drove 1 1/2 hour home and engine light came on. Jerred did say cars go through no checks. If they drive we sell them.be careful and check out the vehicle extensively. I do like the car good price just sharing the salesman was weird. I bought a brand new car in less than 30 minutes before so this was rough. Overall I think I did ok. Just be ready for a very long process. Come early if you live some distance away.

Had my vehicle serviced with oil change and tire rotation. Everything was explained well and I was told of future services needed.
