For the past month in a half I have spent my entire free time car shopping at just about every dealership in town and sat in every small and mid-size SUV there is. After all this, I can honestly say that the experience at Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha was my absolute favorite. Sean Mitchell was my Salesman and he was fantastic to work with. I told him what I was looking for in an SUV and with the help of his manager and general manager, Don Vitito, they were able to find me my perfect car with everything I was looking for and more, all within my budget. I work three jobs which only allowed 1-3 days a week to car shop for that month in a half. Due to my limited free time Sean was even willing to stay late and come in on his off days to assist me. He was not pushy and allowed me the time in between visits to shop around without texting and calling non-stop. I bought the Santa Fe Sport Ultimate and love it so far! Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I had a very unusual problem with my 2012 Ford Escape. The engine went 'limp' and could barely make it up the smallest hill, however, the check engine light never came on creating a mystery what was wrong. The vehicle was seven years old and had 125,000 miles but was exceptionally well maintained. Woodhouse spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong even calling Ford for ideas. The mechanic working on it called it a 'head scratcher'. Finally they said I needed a new engine (but couldn't say exactly why) and quoted a price of $7k... needless to say I was not happy! Mike Durham, Service Mgr., went to bat for me calling Ford to lower the price since I had been a lifelong Ford owner and always took the vehicle to Woodhouse for servicing. We finally agreed on a new engine a new transmission for $2k less than the original estimate. My vehicle was out of commission for two full months as all this played out with Woodhouse giving us a free loaner car the whole time. I've had the Escape now for a week and it runs great with no problems. The new engine comes with a three year unlimited miles warranty. Having driven over fifty years I've never had to replace an engine, or even tear one down so this was all new to me. Big thanks to both Woodhouse and Ford working with me on a most difficult problem.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

We took an explorer in to have a door fixed - so helpful and friendly. Quick service done with quality. We also wanted to looked at a vehicle they were selling and ended up buying it! They gave us a great deal on it too.

Laramie short bed with air ride. Would not know you are riding in a truck. Zero complaints. Average 18-20 mpg on roadtrips. Nothing bad to report
