I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I had a great experience dealing with Brad Tucker @ bowman auto center. I was on the market for a durnago hellcat. I had searched the US of A trying to narrow one down that was right for me. Found quite a few with lower mileage but they were built for Canadian market no factory warranty. Brad at bowman auto center stayed in touch, even after I had explained I was pretty dead set on one in Ohio I had already sent a deposit on. Well came down to that one was also built for Canadian market. Brad may have been consistent (what salesmen arent) but he made the purchase smooth from the get go, I showed up, checked the vehicle out, and handed him a check. 10 mins later I had a plate, and registration. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. Bowman goes above and beyond what other dealers would have, down to my vehicle had two exhausts, a aftermarket installed, and factory. The manager was nice enough to take the factory exhaust home so that I wouldn't have to travel as far to retrieve it. 100% 12 stars out of 10. I will be recommending others to come here.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

I had the privilege to meet and be assisted by Keith English who truly went above and beyond (at all hours, always ending with a “my pleasure”) what most other sales people do. He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. He was excellent at communicating with me at real time speed. I felt like a very respected client and although he assisted me with a used vehicle purchase, he had so much patience and courtesy the entire step of the way. Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.
