Jason was great! He wanted to show me all the features of my new 2025 Sahara, but I wasn’t really interested! lol He was a patient and thorough sales guy, and you would do well to work with him if you’re purchasing a jeep or Dodge/Chrysler product. The dealership must only give deals at the end of the month because I had to work hard for this deal…wasn’t Jason though…it was the manager! But…in the end, I’m glad it all worked out and Jason got the sale.

Max Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of ButlerReviews
Max Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Butler review
After dealing with several nauseating dealerships in Kansas City, we decided to head south to look at a vehicle at Max Motors. What a difference! The staff was very low pressure, professional and very friendly. They didn't waste our time with the normal games that Kansas City dealerships put you through, such as advertising $11k in rebates but once you look into it, you only qualify for $3k. I didn't even see the sharks (salespeople) circling around us the minute we drove on to the lot. What an amazing and refreshing difference! We HIGHLY recommend those who are fed up with poor service in Kansas City to give Max Motors a try.

I can’t say enough good things about Courtesy Chrysler Jeep! I called at 8:00 this morning, and they were able to get me in by 10:20. They diagnosed and resolved my software update issue right on the spot. A special shout-out to Aaron, the service writer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of this morning. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire experience outstanding. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service seems to be getting harder and harder to find. Too often, you feel like just another number instead of a customer. That was absolutely NOT the case here. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely values its customers and employees who take pride in what they do. Thank you, Aaron, and the entire Courtesy Chrysler Jeep team. You’ve earned a five-star review and my appreciation. I’ll gladly recommend you to others!

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to sincerely thank Tank Wallace at Bill Luke in Phoenix, Arizona, for his exceptional customer service. From start to finish, Tank truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We especially appreciated him arranging delivery of the van all the way to California—an extra step that meant a lot to us. This level of service is exactly why we continue to return to Bill Luke for our work vans. Every experience makes us feel valued as customers, not just another sale. I’d also like to recognize Mike Wallace in the finance department, who was equally outstanding. He was clear, helpful, and highly professional throughout the process. It’s evident that Bill Luke has an exceptional team that works seamlessly and truly cares about their customers. Overall, Bill Luke consistently delivers top-notch service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vehicle-buying experience.
