Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My name is Danny Lee. I am a currently serving Grayson BMW as a Service Advisor and will soon migrate to Grayson Genesis. It has come to my attention that Jordan Coleman has been newly designated as the Fixed Operations Director for Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I applaud this dealer for recognizing the unmistakable quality of the asset they now have on their team. I have known Jordan for the entirety of his decorated career in the automotive industry which spans over the last 15 years. We've done and run business together in numerous facets each with our client base as the focal point in every environment thus far. We were given sage advice early on by those wiser than us. "Take care of people, and the rest will follow" has been our mantra & will continue to be so long as we are in positions to serve our communities. I am eager to see the energy and drive that Jordan brings to the table through servant-leadership cascade outward toward his new team and all those who allow them to earn their business. I can confidently say that the culture there is about to receive a potent upgrade.

Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We drove from Kentucky to purchase our daughter her first vehicle. Keith Russell was the best. We were in and out and on our way back to Kentucky all within a couple hours. The experience was wonderful and our daughter couldn’t be happier. We have purchased many new vehicles throughout the years and this by far was one of our best experiences. Keith was easy to deal with and easy to talk to, felt like we’d known him forever. We were beyond pleased with him and this dealership. We will highly recommend and plan on being back ourselves.

Stinnett Chevrolet Buick Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Stinnett Chevrolet Buick Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
If you need a new vehicle, RUN.... don't walk to Stinnett... because they will put you in it! For the last 20 years, we had used the same dealership in Murfreesboro, so when it came time to look for a new car, of course that was the route we took. But after searching inventory and the salesman we had always dealt with no longer being there, we decided to branch out and look at other dealerships, as scary as that was. When we inquired about our (now) 2026 Buick Encore GX Avenir, the dealership was so quick to answer any and all questions we had. We first spoke with the sales manager, Scott... who was very knowledgeable and kind and then ended up working with his son, Cole. Cole was an absolute joy and breath of fresh air to work with! He never once pushed us in a direction we were uncomfortable with, gave us a GREAT deal and made sure we were comfortable with the financing terms. We had driven almost two hours to get to the dealership and Cole kept in touch with us the morning we traveled there and had the car detailed and waiting on us to test drive it, not even knowing for sure if we would buy it or not. He was kind, professional and honestly.. this was the fastest, easiest and BEST experience we have ever had buying a new car. They made sure we got all the possible discounts we could, even giving a dealership discount of $1500, a GREAT deal on our trade in, filled our tank with gas and even gave us keychains and a customized bag to put everything from our old vehicle in. Such a nice touch! Cole even got inside the car with us and added both our phones to the Android Auto set up in the car and went through the welcome call with OnStar with us. He left nothing to chance with making sure we were taken care of. I am so thankful that we found Stinnett and if the day comes that we need another car, we will not hesitate to come back to this awesome dealership!

Shane Farley was wonderful!! I recommend him at Stinnets in Newport if you are shopping for a new car! He was patient with us and let us take our time looking and didn?t force us into a vehicle we wasn?t sure about.
