Went to the dealer for service on one vehicle, and look at a new one. We wnt in with wishing to drive the new 2026 Jeep Cherokee Hybrid. We met Anthony Roca, and he helped us out. He found the car we wanted ( Hydra Blue Pearl), which was not a common car at any dealer. He walked us thru the buying process, running interference for us and speeding up the process. We ended up with the car we wanted, at a reasonable price, and got our other car fixed as well. Thanks go to Marleen Garcia and Johnny Lorenzo, Service manager, for always helping us get what we need done. Good place to do business, good people to work with.
2019 RAM 2500 review
I personally rather drive a ram for all my jobs and every day working and for my family to I think they hold the value they last longer and nicer designs

Our experience started with a warm greeting by Irvin our salesman who provided us friendly supportive assistance to find and test drive a phenomenal Nissan Z Sport A/T. It drove like a dream with all the modern displays, safety features, and multimedia entertainment systems. It is solidly built and beautifully designed! We started at the Manager’s Special price reduction of almost $8,000 which CARFAX rated as a GREAT BUY. We began a harmonious negotiation which also included a fair price for our trade-in. The Sales Manager Josque Mena worked to support my Salesman Irvin in a positive no pressure manner. My Salesman Irvin was very personable in providing me information and answering every question. He was like “my wing man” providing me with the knowledge to make a well informed decision. The General Sales Manager Frank Ritzert reviewed and approved the second round price we submitted as a fair price. Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! Nissan of Orange Park MANAGER’s Special has provided us at the BEST DEAL we could find anywhere in the state. We have been looking for a sports car for the past six months. We met outstanding professionals and found the perfect car for us during our first visit to Nissan of Orange Park.
