Initially was in contact with one of the salesman which did not go very well at all. However Damien the sales Director got involved and quite honestly saved the deal. Damien went above and beyond and stuck to everything he said. Honestly I did the deal predominantly because of the way Damien handled the situation! Would recommend anyone going there!

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Very good experience with Grapevine Ford/Lincoln service dept on 3/22/25. Heath was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and from my description of problems, he knew exactly what the issue was. He was in constant contact with the mechanic and me, with diagnosis, cost for repairs and time frame for completion. Even had the car washed after. Will definitely use them for any future service needs.
