Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
We were really blessed in the age of covid to find glenn chrysler in Crestwood. It was one of the easiest buying experiences we've ever had. Preston was our salesman and from him through management it was a pleasant experience well worth repeating. My wife bought a new Jeep Wagoneer from them and it is an awesome ride.

Smooth and easy process when buying a new ram 2500. Aaron Keith was pleasant to deal with, knew his stuff on the RAM 2500 and worked with us to be able to drive it off the lot that day timely.

Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

Oxmoor ChryslerReviews
Oxmoor Chrysler review
We had an excellent experience with the entire Oxmoor staff during the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500 Laramie. Our search started on their website where not only did they have a user-friendly site, but also upfront pricing, where they also listed Ram and Oxmoor discounts. Our salesperson, AJ, was honest and helpful. If he didn?t know an answer he found out for us. He was also very willing to search for other vehicles if what we found online did not fulfill our needs. We quickly settled on a Ram 2500 Laramie and with the advertised upfront pricing made making the deal easier. His manager, Chris, was friendly and efficient. He quickly provided an acceptable offer for our trade. Even though we had preappoved financing he worked to get us a better deal (and, in all candor, financing through Oxmoor helps their business). Eric, the business manager, worked with us regarding completing all the purchase and finance paperwork and reviewed additional vehicle protection options with us. We never felt pressured to purchase anything. We are very happy with the purchase. The entire transaction from the time we walked in the door until we drove off the lot was only 3-1/2 hours. The entire team was easy to work with and we would definitely purchase a vehicle there again.

Always great working with Joey my sales man. He has sold me several vehicles in the past and always up front with me on trade in value and all the cost associated with buying my new vehicle.

All around great, Nate was very knowledgeable and a great person to work with, I would say my best experience ever buying a vehicle. And Taylor was very friendly and helpful in our process. Both were extremely knowledgeable. Great team.

Oxmoor Chrysler review
Carolyn was responsive to my initial inquiry. She was understanding of my current position in car shopping and offered her service when or if it would be needed. I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I ended up not coming for a test drive because I was able to find something closer to where I lived. Oxmoor was a bit farther away. Had my first choice not worked out, I would have driven to Oxmoor.
