Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram NorthamptonReviews
Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Northampton review
Richard Thibodeau of the LIA Northampton, MA. JEEP Dealership Service Dept. had his mechanics thoroughly search all 4 new Wrangler tires on 18" Grand Ch. Ltd wheels for slow leaks. They added pressured air and conducted the soapy spray tests all around and cleaned the rims. Mr. Thibodeau found one worn Valve Stem, and replaced it immediately. I waited in Lia's comfortable customer waiting room, where he and crew members kept me informed of the one-hour safety check. He patiently explained how the Jeep wheel system worked, and answered my questions. I purchased this 2021 SUV in June 2024 with the new tires from this LIA dealership. I am pleased to say Mr. T saw that I was a good customer, and did not charge me for this repair.

Bedard Bros review
For my first purchase of a brand-new car, Peter proved exceptionally helpful, polite, and patient from the start. I was quite uncertain about my preferences, yet I felt no stress at all. Peter managed every question, concern, and my trade-in. The communication was above and beyond. We reached this excellent decision within three days, even though I do not live in Massachusetts, the process was a breeze. When I require a car in the future, I know where I will return. Thank you very much, Peter—I cannot offer enough praise or stars. Highly recommended.

Aiden at Bedard bros was fantastic and super helpful! When we were waiting for my insurance he was there making sure everything got done in a timely manner. Went in at 10, and was out around 12:30, picked the car up at 4. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth experience.
