Staff was very efficient and friendly. Service was done in a timely manner! I’m traveling and they quickly found my vehicle history and accommodated me!
2022 RAM 2500 review
Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Just stop here. Don't look to deal with other dealerships. I am ex military and dealt with car dealers in Oklahoma, Texas, Connecticut, Virginia, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. They are the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with. They took my pre approval with capital one and we did a deal on the 2018 ram 2500 I wanted. So many other dealerships are pushy want you to use in house financing, and find the truck they want you to buy not them. Quinton was my sales rep he was awesome, responsive, respectful and thorough. I also dealt with the finance manager and sales manager J.R. they were all helpful. They brought the truck to my house and picked up my trade at my house. I will never go anywhere else!! I will recommend them to everyone!!

2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

Butler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My truck was towed into Butler Chrysler with all the electrical equipment down. It was eventually fixed despite a few missteps. The main reason for my review is that when the job wasn’t fully completed the first time, I had to bring my truck back in. The service manager was very patient, listened to me and the issue, and later that afternoon the truck was not only properly fixed but personally driven to my home. This was far above and beyond her job description. Trey Rivers, thank you for a job well done. Butler Chrysler is lucky to have you. Zaven

2017 RAM 2500 review
I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

Very easy process and knowledgeable staff. Matt Breedlove was a great guy to deal with on my purchase!
2017 RAM 2500 review
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Great place to purchase a vehicle from Robbie Peters. Very smooth transaction. Just finished purchasing my second truck from Robbie. First truck was 8 years ago.
2025 RAM 2500 review
Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

Rick Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Charleston review
Excellent courteous service in a clean and comfortable environment. One small miscommunication at the beginning on the timeline for diagnosis and repair, but this was offset by strong continued updates throughout the process, culminating with a video from the technician showing that the problem had been corrected. Will definitely select Rick Hendrick for all future Jeep service and repairs.

2023 RAM 2500 review
I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
