I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able to limp the vehicle into the garage. once inside, Ryan was able to get my vehicle inspected first thing the next morning. They found the problem and were able to get me back on the road in no time. Thank you to Ryan and the entire staff that worked on my Tahoe.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I came to Hastings Chrysler to look at a used car that I had seen online. I texted with Logan a couple of times before arriving and expected that he would have the car ready for a test drive. When I got there, we did not get out of the lot before I noticed that oil light was on. We checked the oil and it was just a little bit low so we decided to take the car for a short driver. I barely got out of the lot before I heard a noise in the front end and felt significant vibration. I did not feel safe taking it further, so we just went around the block and returned. I understand this was an "as is" trade in that was not going to be repaired and was priced accordingly but I believe someone should have driven it before hand to be sure it was at least safe to drive. The second car we drove was much better and we went for a nice test drive, getting to try the car in town, highway and country road driving. I really liked the car but wanted to keep looking so did not make any commitment to buy. Logan introduced me to the used car manager and I got his card. After looking at a couple of other cars at other places, I decided to make an offer on the second car I had driven, a 2011 Subaru Outback. I left a message for Logan on my lunch break, he called me back when I was unavailable at work. I returned his call but did not hear back the next day. After a couple of more days, I called Logan again but got his voice mail and did not hear back. The next day I called and spoke to him and found that the car had been sold. I was disappointed but understand as I had made no commitment. Overall, I think your dealership is o.k. but I would recommend that you train all of your sales people to inspect and take a brief test drive of any vehicle they may have inquiries on.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! First thought - who doesn't like Bacon?! That intrigued me to view the inventory, as I have been in the hunt for a very specific type of pickup truck for about a year. Found what I needed, called, and Jake let me know it was still available. All in one day, test drove, got my check for financing from my bank, and drove it home. It is exactly what I've been needing and looking for. Jake was very nice and helpful every step of the way. And very patient while I got my son's car seat strapped in for the test drive. He made the paperwork easy, and worked with my credit union on document exchanges for my financing. When I got home with the truck, I noticed that I only had 1 of the 2 fobs. I contacted Jake, and he was so sweet and kind enough to email me the other fob. It's been a couple weeks, and I am in love with this truck. Again, it is everything I needed, was super clean and in immaculate condition when purchased. I was also provided with the full Carfax and history report right away. I would recommend Bacon's Motors 100%! They were great and I finally found my needle in a haystack, for the price range I was looking in (very considerate on the prices of their vehicles); there was no negotiation necessary. They may be small, but they are super nice, and patient. Jake was even willing to wait after closing time for me to finalize the paperwork and pick up my truck to bring home. SHOP HERE!!!

After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

Pleasant buying experience of a used vehicle. I was treated courteously and respectfully, and received no high-pressure sales pitches. A minor problem was taken care of quickly at no cost to me.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Everyone who contacted me gave the impression that they were there to help me find the right vehicle. Unfortunately, I am not in the Forest Lake area and I am not able to take advantage of their services. I have purchased several vehicles from Morries in the past and trust the company.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I have NEVER in all my years of purchasing a vehicle from larger establishments, been as impressed as Bedrock Motors made me fill. Thank you.

In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

Salesmen were awesome. Quick and efficient. Great selection of both cars and trucks. I will definitely being getting my next vehicle from them.

I have had my truck going on 5 years I bought it used. It’s my work truck, office and recreational vehicle. The issues that I have had are regular maintenance and wear tear. The truck has a firm ride so if you hit a pothole or bump you will feel it. I pull trailers 6 days out of the week and the truck is a work horse. Gas mileage is good considering what you are driving. In pulling a trailer I usually get 12-13 mpg. When not pulling a trailer highway mpg is usually 16-18. I bought my 2016 RAM with 30,000 miles and now have 112,568 miles on it. I due regular maintenance on it. My opinion I started getting better gas mileage when I changed to K&N cold air intake also added better torque.
