I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. This was my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando location and it will certainly not be the last. Previously I’d been going to the location at the Millenia Mall due to it being closet to my home but the service there was always a nightmare. My experience here thankfully though was nothing short of amazing. My advisor, Marcus, was consistent with every stage of communication and execution. I recently bought a 2018 F150 XLT from Ricky at Gibson Truck World and I can honestly say this was the most none pressure easy working sales team I have ever dealt with. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

My husband and I needed a vehicle for traveling. We spent quite a bit of time researching the options. Over the last month we went to a number of dealerships of Lincolns and other cars, by far Parks Lincoln of Longwood was the best. We stopped by on 2 different weekends and test drove new and previously owned Lincoln Nautilus and MKX's. Mike Zimmerman and Victor Torres were both very patient with us and all our test drives and questions. Finally this past weekend in May we decided that we loved the 2021 Lincoln Nautilus. Victor helped us close the deal with the help of Galen and Justin and the whole staff made us feel like family rather than just a customer.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have had substandard service from Firkins FCA in Bradenton. I decided to try out Advantage and was very pleased with their quality of service and ability to fulfill the repairs on time. I have a forever warranty on my Renegade Trailhawk. I've had a headlight assembly replaced and motor mounts replaced as well as required maintenance at 100,000 miles, and several oil changes. Everything has been handled professionally and on time. I look forward to my next purchase from Advantage Chrysler/ Jeep.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

As soon as I walked into AutoNation USA Sanford, I was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was clean, relaxed, and not overly “salesy,” which I appreciated right away.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I first bought a 2019 F150 but as I stood outside the vehicle we could hear a knock. Adrian took it to service and they found a cracked head. I bought the truck first week of June needing it for a trip at the end of June. They did not have it fixed so Ford rented me a truck for the trip. When I got back truck was still not fixed. Jeff the service manager said that even tech support was stumped. Adrian had already started looking for a suitable replacement and showed me 3 other trucks. I picked the 2018 and it is great. I think better than I was getting. Ford rewrote the deal, this truck had the same warranty for being under 100000 miles so everything is great. I have had the truck for a week now and I really like it.

One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

I have purchased a few vehicles in my life but this was by far the best buying experience that I have had to this point. My truck specialist, Jacob, was ultimately concerned about me getting the truck that I wanted. He was not pushy at all and worked with us to find the truck that fit our needs and wants. Initially they didn’t have the truck that was the perfect fit for us, but both Jacob and Chris worked hard to find the perfect match. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the end result.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
