Used 2018 RAM 3500 trucks for sale near Miami, FL

Brady, the salesman, was super helpful and professional. Even when we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he helped us with a totally different situation we had. He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to other people as the didn’t make us feel like we were working with “pushy used car salesmen”. Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

It tows my fifth wheel with ease! It is also fun to drive, as a truck guy, it is the best truck I have owned.

My 2015 F150 wouldn't start and I had it towed to this dealership, they have done service and brakes on it in the past and I have been happy with them. I worked with Travis in service and he called the next day with the findings, cost and stated everything was in stock. I authorized the repair and had it back the next day before lunch. They did a professional job on the repairs and LOF, will continue to use them for servicing in the future and when I decide to upgrade.

Bought my 3500 Ram about a month ago so far runs great. I'm happy with it . Haven't got to pull the camper wit it yet.

The ram 3500 exceeded my expectation for the gas mileage and reliability. This is my 2nd dsl and I wouldn’t buy a Ford or GM.

But far the best deal for the money. This includes styling, interior, power , comfort and valueg. I was Disappointed that it has been in the shop 3 times with under 3500 miles for the evap system repair. I was charged for the repairs while truck was under bumper to bumper warranty!

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!

Excellent Service all the way around. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner. My initial appointment wasn't until 10:30 am. As I did not have any particular things going on so dropped it off at 8:30 am and told them that they could keep it as long as necessary. I received a call at 9:30 am stating that all maintenance had been completed, an our before my scheduled appointment.

Can't say enough good things about my experience buying my truck from them. It was a no pressure experience. Very nice people from the salesman to the finance guy. Both went the extra mile to make sure I felt good about my purchase. Very upfront with no surprises.

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.
