This was over a 2-3 week process & he waited patiently while we made our decision. We also interacted with a few people there during the process who were all very nice. Once we decided to purchase CJ set up a time to do the paper work & Tracy was also very nice & had everything ready. Easy in & easy out! Will 100% return again!

We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.

Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. Eric from finance made it a completely seamless transaction. 100% recommend Ferman and their entire team!

My wife and I just went in to look at a certain vehicle. We had no plans to purchase anything that day. We really liked the vehicle that we test drove and after a little “back and forth” a deal was worked out and we drove home in our new vehicle.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

Salesman nick went above and beyond to help me with the jeep gladiator Willy’s I purchased, he got me the best price I was looking and was courteous and very helpful showing me how to hook my phone to the truck.
