I purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS from Capitol City Ford Greenfield on 10/9/24. My salesman JD was excellent. We messaged on line about the vehicle and had settled on a price before I came in for a test drive. I made the purchase and completed the paperwork just before they closed for the day. I drove the car about 3 miles from the dealership and it started vibrating in the rear right wheel area. I was able to reach JD on his personal phone and he had me bring the car back and leave it for investigation the next morning. I was informed by the service manager the next day that it was a rear caliper that had locked up causing the vibration. They had to order the parts to repair it. I was notified early the next afternoon that the repair was complete and I could pick up the car. It was great to experience the quick response and professional help from all involved at Capitol City Ford. They were all great people to do business with. Thanks JD and coworkers for your help in getting me into my new (to me) Cadillac ATS.

I purchased my car from kendall in 2019 and have used them for my service too. Just took my 2019 Ford Edge in for a leak in the trans axle and everyone was so helpful from making the appointment, the valet service, and my tech advisor-Torrey. he kept me posted all through the. process and explained it in terms I could understand. Fantastic customer service, staff, quite knowledgeable and ease of getting my Edge serviced I used their valet service-such a great way to have the car serviced and the pick up and drop off was so easy and convenient. The process actually exceeded expectations. Kudos to my Service Advisor Torrey. He kept me posted throughout the process. Highly recommend!
