I met with Carlos Torres, the gentleman extraordinaire, extremely patient, honest, and very transparent; something to cherish very much in a person. I also appreciate Steve for greeting me in the parking lot, showing me a round, and ensuring I was always comfortable throughout the process; a wonderful and extremely valuable team member!! Several staff members greeted me during my visit and offered their service for anything I needed from water, tea, to moments of their great sense of humor. Other places usually spend their time trying to assume my financial status and treat or ignore me according to their assessment; NOT HERE!! Most dealers are a bunch of vultures. But I worked with Nicholas Polanowski from Laura Automotive and it was best experience i have had at a dealership. I havent purchased my jeep but Nicholas will be the only salesman I work with. Very professional and understanding that I live over 2 hours away and can't just hop on over to test drive. Never pushed anything, let me do all the talking, unless he was answering questions. To often salesmen are to pushy. I requested info on a vechile and within a few minutes of sending an email I was contacted by two people, before being assigned to Nicholas. We will be buying a vechile very soon and will he driving over 2 hours just to use Laura Automotive.
