My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from DeyArman, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. Every person we interacted with was kind, patient, and willing to answer our questions without a hint of pressure. We never had a single negative moment throughout the entire process. The real standout, though, was our salesman, Art. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has mastered the balance of showcasing a vehicle’s features without ever feeling pushy or salesy. Instead of putting us in the most expensive model and letting us fall in love with the features—as many salespeople tend to do—he did the exact opposite. Art started by asking us our non-negotiables and ‘nice to haves.’ Then he showed us the base models, let us get a feel for them, and then simply asked, “What are you missing? What are you looking for that this car doesn’t have?” to ensure we hadn’t left anything off our list.
