I started looking at the new jeep Cherokee hybrid a few months ago and had stopped and talked to Remil and test drove one. My wife and I were not in any hurry to purchase as our existing Cherokee was fine. But Remil would always would send me a reminder email on purchasing. Finally we decided to take the time and look. The dealership gave us a good trade in on our existing Cherokee. After the purchase we discovered that the Cherokee limited did not have some of the same safety features as our existing, mainly front parking sensors. In the end we ended up with the next level Overland which had all of the safety features. Fernando worked with us on the sale as well as Remil. After arriving at the dealership, Reagan approached me, and I immediately picked up on her positive vibes! As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! Thank you Reagan (and Nate…and everyone else who made my dream car come true!!!) for being so awesome and taking the time to create a great deal on my new ride.
