I was in earlier today and purchased a 2016 Cadillac CTS from Kellyn. Between Kellyn's polite attitude and eagerness to get us exactly what we want, our experience at Joe Van Horn was a pleasure. We will gladly be back to purchase from her in the future!
The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...
I was trying to decide between the Jeep and Equinox. Dylan followed up several times to see if he could help. He was not pushy, just made himself available and willing to help. He went the extra mile to ask some important questions. While the other sales people would day, this is what we have, Dylan listened and even read between the lines and found the car that could entice me make a choice. He succeeded. I must say Dylan made a huge difference not only in my decision, but he has a definite impact on what I tell people about the Kolosso dealership.
Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Experience was wonderful everyone was terrific. Atmosphere was very positive. Justin was so helpful , made me feel at home, calmed my worries. Loved that they use a bell when someone gets approved and everyone of employees clap.
Great service and super fast in finance! My family and I wanted to get in and out fast. Eric made sure he had everything in order before we even got there! Not that???s service. Very happy people here!
Received excellent service, clear definition of work and estimate of cost for the services agreed upon. Called for pick up much sooner than expected. Will continue using maintenance service at this dealership.
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.
We had a transmission with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler the week before Thanksgiving. The Jeep was towed to Chapman and they started diagnosis the next morning. In fortunately it was a Friday, so we didn???t get an update until Monday (which was expected). On that Monday we were informed the transmission needed to be replaced, and it could take a week or two due to the Holiday (again, expected). But to our surprise, we received a call on Friday evening letting us know our Jeep was ready to go! We were greatful it only took one week in all, and couldn???t have asked for better service.
The best car buying experience ever. Their low prices make it easy to walk away with a great deal without even haggling. I bought a great 2012 Tacoma 4X4 for under $20k. That was like $2k less than any other dealer I visited. Definitely will come back and I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal in trucks. Fred the manager was the best to work with. ¿¿¿¿
