Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I kept expecting the usual car dealer runaround, but it never happened. All I received was personable professionalism from a friendly staff. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I bought a new Jeep on 7-11-20, and the experience was excellent. A few weeks earlier I had contacted the Sales Team for a trade assessment of my old vehicle, and all of the information and options were provided very timely. The financing process was very fast and I had to spend very little time at the dealership. Great people and operation.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

I only worked with them briefly looking to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They helped me to their best ability and were a great team with a lot of experience and knowledge on what they do. I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .
