I am a 63 year-old woman. I did extensive research on makes, models, and years of cars I was interested in buying before stepping foot on any car lot. My salesman, Jake, was awesome, along with the other staff. No pressure. Honest answers to any questions. Made himself available before and after purchase. Very respectful and kind. Received fair deal on my trade-in. I knew there were some issues with my trade-in vehicle. They took the time to show me color photos from the service department of parts that needed to be repaired and offered to show me these things on my car. Very accurate as my independent mechanic had also diagnosed these issues and showed me the problems. This was truly the best car buying experience and I drove off knowing I had made a good decision.
Mary, in Service Dept., was helpful in choosing a tire for me. The installation of four new tires and an alignment was completed a half hour earlier than expected. I also appreciated an application for a $70 rebate on the tires.
It was an overall pleasant expierence.
