I recently purchased a 2020 WRX STI from Bryan at the Federal Way location. Don't let the layout of the dealership scare you off. These guys have some cool inventory. They were very up front about the car's rebuilt title, and had no issues with my obsessive and esoteric inspection, crawling under the car, checking fluids, etc. Bryan waited to cold start the car until I was there for our appointment. The process was quick and low pressure as far as car sales go, imo. I would go back.

Good vehicle for my electrical business but having transmission issues not Shifting in automatic but ok in manual mode. Goes up to 30 mph then won't shift to next gear have to use manual mode

2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...

2014 RAM Cargo review
I picked this over a Ford Transit and I am glad I did. Good Towing power and load capacity and an 'econ' button to save gas when running unloaded. Longer wheelbase than the transit and a tow hitch with a 3600 pound tow capacity also. Heater (especially in the foot area) is poor, takes forever to warm up. The power outlets are hard to reach, on the floor at the center console, if the cup tray is open they are impossible to see or reach. "Blacked' out windows are acrylic plastic - forget about magnetic signs. Overall, very happy with the vehicle. One note- if you want the tow package - be sure to order it from the factory - the dealer installed 'kits' are inferior and they will charge you extra for the install, and extra again to wire it.

When i went to Gamblin Chevrolet i met Gary Van Auken and i told him i was just looking at trucks just to kill a little time. I had just picked up a rescue dog In Graham he showed me what they had in stock we talked for a while about Enumclaw and his time in Alaska at former job he never pushed me towards buying anything which at a car lot kind of turns me away with pushy salesmen he was courteous and easy going which gave me time to focus on what i really wanted and in the end i bought a 2024 Silverado 2500HD Duramax Bison Edition and even after the sale he keeps helping me in other things with my truck if it were another typical salesmen i probably would not have bought it , thanks Gary for being a good guy/salesman
