We drove from Kalamazoo to look at a 2018 Truck. Busy dealership, but they made the trip worth the drive, and enough gas in the truck to make it back home and recommended The Speed Trap restaurant for lunch down the street. Also great service.......and food. Our salesman was Jake.

Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My wife and I were looking for a used Jeep renegade. We found a couple that we liked all in the same price range but John Byrne at Grogan’s was so great to deal with it was a no brainer to buy from them. We lived over 2 hours from the dealer so honest communication was very important. John was quick to respond and send extra pictures. He made the hole buying experience a breeze. Highly recommend Grogans and John specifically.

Taylor Kia Toledo review
Just purchased a 2025 Kia Sorrento from Tayler Kia. Our salesman was Chris Malnar. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him. And if I had to purchase another, I would definitely go back to Chris. For the past 20 years, we have purchased vehicles from Tayler Kia. We have never had a bad experience. So thank you, Chris Molnar, and Tayler Kia for all that you’ve done for myself and my wife, Wanda. If you are looking for a vehicle. I suggest you go to Tayler Kia. Again, thank you for all that you’ve done.

This was a transaction across 2000 miles - all online and on phone. Sam Morales, the sales lead was exceptional in her clarity, transparency and communication. This was by far one of the best transaction experiences I had even though it was all remote, unseen on a used car. They represented everything honestly and were transparent and prompt. Even went to the effort of hiring a driver to deliver the vehicle and pick up the trade in.

Traded car and purchased a new car. We were new customers and had a very good experience. Our sales person was Adriana Morales and she was kind, knowledgeable, very good at setting up car electrics and Hyundai phone app, and was good to deal with.

Liberty Ford Vermilion review
My sales rep, Norman, was very professional, polite, provided direct answers to my questions, and not pushy. I had done my research and knew what the market value of their truck was , as well as the value of my trade, they matched my expectations in both areas. Very pleasant experience!
