Great experience with the Salesman, but the van was disgustingly filthy. Smelled of grease and headliner was heavily stained with something. Of the 5 identical vans we were looking at, it was the most expensive and not even the lowest mileage. This vehicle was not ready to be seen by potential buyers.

My Car died out in the morning and decided to go find a replacement. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River IL and met a salesperson named Kadin. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price I was willing to pay. Kadin came out with 2- vehicles I might be interested in. I drove 2-vehicles he selected. I ended up buying 1 of them. Kadin gave me the best service that as a customer could expect. He went thru everything and it only took about 2.5-3 hours total from driving the vehicle to walking away with what I wanted. I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.
