Traveling to the Keys from NC with a troop of Boy Scouts my new battery (three weeks old) failed in Titusville. I replaced the battery but between Titusville and West Palm my battery voltage gauge started to drop. I stopped into Schumacher Buick GMC to check the battery and charging system to ensure I did not have an electrical issue. The shop had a full day of appointments, but the front staff worked with the shop to squeeze me in. Dana, Bill, Eddy, and Christina were all helpful, kind, patient, and accommodating. I negotiated with Dana almost exclusively on the phone, a lot of dealers won?t work with you unless you come in. I met Bill and immediately felt like I knew him for ten years. Great person, very knowledgeable about the cars, he spoke with my wife, my mother, myself, and my kids. A pleasure every time. Eddy was friendly, quick, efficient, and personable. And Christina went the extra mile to help my mom with an issue. Can?t say enough positive things about our experience.
