I had a great experience buying a "new to me" car from Tim at Auto Sense. He made the process easy and fun! He was very responsive to my questions by phone and email. He even held the car for me, with a small down payment, while I waited for my loan check to arrive. He corrected a couple of minor issues that I found with the car quickly and without any complaint.
If I had to nitpick, I would say the only thing that I was disappointed with was that when I asked about open recalls on the vehicle that history was not provided to me - but Tim did tell me how to get that information and I was able to find out after the purchase that the recalls had all been taken care of.
Overall, it was a great experience and they earned a loyal customer!
They were very helpful and informative about my jeep and when they couldn't get the jeep done right away they gave me a liner to use until they were able to get mine done. I will go back to them when I need service done on my vehicle.

My daughters Sentra broke down on her trip back to school. I left the car on Sunday night via the service drop box. The service department jumped on my issue first thing on Monday morning. They understood both my urgency and need. They provided me with a choice between their ability to repair the car and a lower cost option that they thought might be a better option. Even after choosing the lower cost option they handled the logistics required to get my car to the lower cost option and returned it to their location so I didn’t have to deal with a third party. I was extremely pleased with the work completed. I was more pleased with how the service department gave me options and then followed through and communicated through the entire process. They could have simply fixed my issue at a substantially higher cost and I would have had little I could have done about it. Instead, they provided an option that was “better for the customer”. That is truly “best in class” customer service. Thank you! I hope your local market understands the value of doing business with a company like Van Horn Nissan!!!!
I am so impressed by true professionalism at this service center. I have trust in their suggestions. From the scheduling of my serivce to discussion about repairs, these huys clearly know how to get the job done!
We purchased our Jeep Compass from the dealership and received excellent service. Randy and Derek were great to work with and did not push us into anything. There were not a ton of added fees like some dealers and they explained everything to us and were up front with all the details.
Julie was an excellent sales representative to work with. She was thorough and patient through the whole process from start to finish. You are treated as people not numbers, each transaction for vehicles we have had there has been very successful and long lasting. Was given a heads up on the quality of this dealership by my wife's cousin. Decided to see for myself and was very impressed by the saleslady (Julie) the service manager (Ryan) and Dereck who wrote the deal. The amount they gave me for my trade was $2,500 bucks more than V & H offered. The truck was discounted to invoice and then the rebates took the truck down to an insane price. Could not pass this up and cut my truck note in half. This will be the third Ram truck I have purchased and have not had a problem with any of them. Great truck - Great dealer.
Glen was very friendly and professional. When my fiancé and I found a car on the lot we liked we agreed to a reasonable price. What a refreshing experience! no pushy salesmen here! We had to wait a few days after a car accident to receive payment from the insurance and insurance to pay our bank, We knew the car we wanted and Westside Service was patient instead of pushy like most of the other dealerships we had visited.
