We have not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in a very long time. However, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and commend Sales Representative Karona Meas, who demonstrated an exceptional mastery of professional skills. He was very effective in maintaining excellent communications with us thoroughly. He handle our vehicle transaction in calm, cordial, tactful, and firm but no pressure what so ever. Everything he said in referenced to the purchase of our beautiful 2015 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 was true and 100 percent accurate. I recommend Karona Meas to anyone who is looking for an honest, no hassle and no pressure when purchasing a vehicle in the future. Bob Steele Chevrolet should commend employees like Karona who demonstrates and conveys a favorable image of the Bob Steele Chevrolet Organization. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience. The sales rep, Karona Meas, took the stress out of the buying process and actually made it an enjoyable experience. He listened to our vehicle requirements and followed through by showing us vehicles that matched them. He was very professional and didn't try selling is something we weren't interested in.
Polite, professional, knowledgeable, good selection, good prices, fast, fair, made me feel appreciated, made me feel valued, and took time to go over vehicle, dealership, and services provided for the future.
My sales specialist, Sam Johnson, was amazing. He made the process so simple and comfortable. He took all of my preferences and budget into account and found the perfect vehicle. The financing specialist was also extremely pleasant and patient. This experience was, by far, the least stressful vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. I will definitely be back for my next car.

This was my first internet purchase. Have always gone into the showroom to browse and then look to make a deal. The dedicated internet sales team worked diligently and I had a deal in place before making the long drive to purchase the vehicle. The salesman sent additional photos since I was unable to drive over prior to making the purchase and was there to answer any/all my questions. The original salesman was unable to be there for the transaction and provided me with a second salesman to make the deal the evening I drove over. Some minor issues arose after the transaction and both salesman were diligent in making things right. There is a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership within 10 miles from my home and I will now come 60 miles to Greenway because of Alex and Erik in internet sales.
I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. I would gladly direct anyone toward him to get you in your new ride. You won’t be disappointed!
Met my sales rep Jason Bonilla at a set appointment time and drove 2 different vehicles I found online. He had them both ready to go we drove both and I picked out the one I liked best and it had a fair price from the research I had done and we did the paperwork and done. I was in and out in exactly 3 hours and hour of that was testing and looking over the vehicles. Smoothest auto purchase I've ever had and I'm 52 and have bought plenty of vehicles. Also the young lady I dealt with at the front desk was very friendly and professional.

My experience at Greenway was the best ever! Victor Akimov was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I feel like I was working with a friend not a salesman. Went to the internet found my car, sent an email and was contacted by Victor Asimov, he answered all my questions listened to what I wanted and we finialized a deal. Didn???t have to spend hours in the dealership haggling. Victor did what we wanted and got us a great deal. Best car salesman I???ve had in years.
This was the second time I have bought a truck from Greenway Ford. Both times I was aided by salesman Caleb Salguero. Caleb made the process extremely easy both times. In addition he made sure the truck was perfectly prepared for me with the additional dealer options installed. Afterwards he walked me through the truck showing me all aspects of it and answered all my questions. He has maintained contact to make sure I was satisfied after the purchase. I would definitely recommend Caleb in helping you through the process of buying your car.
Jack Bass was courteous, polite and knew his product. He explained everything and was very helpful with questions that I had. He was not a pressure salesman which was wonderful to see. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone buying a Kia from your dealership. Ed Cotto has been my go to service person since owning my previous car and has always been excellent to work with.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price
Bought a Honda Accord from them today and very pleased with Gregg and everybody there, they really took care of me and my family as we were one of they’re own I’m very much appreciated, not a long process, and I got what I wanted
