I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!
Hello Car Buys... I recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Bell Audi and my experience with the dealership, and more importantly my salesman Slavik Cucosh was extremely good. The guy went above and beyond to help me and that was for a Used Car. I can only imagine the service he would provide if a New Audi was on the line! If you're in the market for a New Audi or Used car on their lot, do yourself a favor and go see Slavik. Tell him the VW Jetta guy sent you.
After going to 5 different dealerships and getting the run around it was freshing to go to a dealership and dealt with straight up individuals. Aubrey was my sales rep and he guide me thru the process seamlessly. I had several concerns with the vehicle and it was great to have someone put your mind at easy. Barry was the finance manager that I dealt with who did a great job explaining ever document that needed to be signed and gave me advice as it relates to my credit. I had the pleasure of also meeting the General Manger who was extremely welcoming. My only criticism is that the process and wait time was long. I was sitting and staring into the air a few times but overall an amazing experience
Excellent customer service and support throughout the entire buying process. I would highly recommend Ryan Schmidt and Sulu Peiris at Bell Audi. Their passion for customer service is without question. I look forward to working them again for my next Audi purchase. Keep up the good work guys!!
Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.
This people that helped us buy our new Ford Fusion were great ... they worked out the details to the exact amount we wanted to spend ... they also were not pushy like so many car dealers can be ... very happy with the experience and will go back to buy my cars there in the future.
I know my customer service rep a little too well...

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
My dealership if choice for Mercedes Benz. Eric Grobert sets and surpasses the bar for service, professionalism and commitment to customer retention. He tries to secure an appt for you asap. Usually very happy with actual service, as I was this time; or so I thought. I was told it was a software issue and an oil change. $500+. As I write this review, car failed to go into gear & it is sitting at aamco for an intelligence module within the transmission, a rebuilt transmission. Estimated cost $5300! I'm not sure what MBHuntington missed, but in addition to $5300, lots of lost time & inconvenience for me.
Anthony was a terrific salesman who assisted with our sale. He was very helpful in all aspects of our sale, from purchasing to pick up. Would gladly refer any friends to this dealership and salesman. The staff are courteous and helpful. Anthony even gave us a follow up call to make sure all was well. 👍🏻
As usual, I'm greeted promptly by staff, in a clean and professional atmosphere. I'm then escorted to my Service Representative to address my car. And depending on the time required, I may get a loaner car or I may wait in a clean, inviting and comfortable waiting area.
My car needed its second service and there was a noise in the dash, too. I had it in once before but it was still there. Someone was supposed to ride with me this time to hear it. Usually Klint is my service advisor but after calling twice and being told that they would email him to call me, he never did. That is not like him. After waiting a week, I texted Brian Haney, my salesman to see if he could help me reach Klint. Instead, he asked how he could help. This is typical Brian. He set up my appointment, reserved a car for me and told me to see Marie. She was terrific. George, the service foreman, went for a ride with me. We heard the noise. Car was fixed that day. I still am curious about why I never heard from Klint but Brian made sure everything was done so all went well. He is terrific. I am very happy with the dealership because of the people I deal with, especially Brian Haney. I would suggest that I should be able to reach Klint or whoever is the service advisor directly without going through a third party. It would be much smoother. Thanks for asking.
I've been buying luxury cars fro the last 12 years , this has been my 3rd Mercedes Benz This is my first time using Mercedes Benz of Huntington and I must say that it was my best experience at any dealership thus far. Evan Retskin was my sales associate and I was very impressed with his his knowledge of the the product line and more importantly his willingness to find me the vehicle that I desired. He took his time with me through out the entire process and when I picked up the car was when he really came through for me because the upgraded technology was a bit much for me to grasp at first. Evan made sure that I did not leave the dealership until I was comfortable and even programmed my GPS and called me to make sure that I made it to the DMV and home on a snowy day. I will use Evan for any future Mercedes purchases and would feel more than comfortable recommended him to my friends and family!
