Felt a bit like a fish out of water when buying a GMC Sierra among the Maserati, AMGs and Austen Martins, but Medi treated me like someone buying any one of those beautiful vehicles. My buying experience at Auto Excellent Group was probably the least pressured of all the cars I've purchased over 4 decades, as in no pressure at all. This review compares my two cars. I purchased a new 2006 Bentley Continental GT which now has about 23,000 miles. I bought the used 2011 Ghost which had about 3500 miles in May, 2013. It now has about 7500 miles. First, they are beautiful but very different. The fit and finish are comparable. The Bentley has been reliable over the nine years, but, as expected, maintenance is expensive. The Ghost is still under warranty, but I also expect maintenance to be the same cost as the Bentley. But, that is not a criticism,but simply a fact. The wood trim in both is exceptional, but the leather in the Bentley is superior. Sadly, the leather in the Ghost looks like a BMW. The pebbled leather is not even close to the beautiful hides in the Bentley. The ride on the Bentley is composed but firmer than the Ghost. But is that is expected in a car that can reach 196 MPH. The Ghost rides like you would expect. While they are expensive as compared to other cars, they are worth every penny. I plan to own both forever.

I went back and forth on it for about a week, and surprisingly, the car was still available. At one point it disappeared, then popped back up on another site—that’s when I decided to reach out. That’s when Deni contacted me. We started with text, and he shared some details about the car, but I had already done my homework on its history. I’m not new to BMWs—I previously owned a 2003 5 Series and currently have a 2009 M5—so I understand the maintenance and upkeep that comes with these vehicles. Still, buying one online made me a bit uneasy. All of that changed once Deni and I got on FaceTime. Before even showing me the car, he gave me a full tour of Da Vinci’s showroom and lot, which had an impressive selection of exotic vehicles. Then he walked me through the BMW 750 and even did a virtual test drive. It might sound crazy, but after seeing so many cars in person, I couldn’t believe I was actually falling in love with a car I hadn’t physically seen. Honestly, I was ready to sign right then—I might have even signed before the full walkaround! Deni made the entire process incredibly smooth. We discussed numbers, came to an agreement, and he proved to be a man of his word. I purchased the car on Wednesday, and while he estimated delivery between Saturday and Tuesday, the car arrived Tuesday—right on time. So far, the car runs smooth, strong, and exactly how you’d expect. No visible leaks, no squeaks, no strange noises, and no electrical issues—just a true luxury powerhouse and everything I was looking for. Shoutout to Deni—he definitely deserves a raise. I sent him a virtual shot of Clase Azul and told him since I’m buying a car virtually, you gotta take a shot virtually. Of course he didn’t, but I thought it was cool! My wife has already been eyeing a few cars on their lot, so I’ll definitely be back for another purchase soon (she didn’t even know I bought this one until it showed up!). I also want to be clear: this is a used vehicle, and with any used car, you should expect some level of maintenance. That’s not a knock on the dealership—it’s just part of the reality of buying pre-owned. This review is based purely on my experience with Deni and the buying process. For context, my mechanic—who worked for BMW for over 10 years—has handled most of my maintenance. My M5, which I bought at 60k miles, is now at 243k and still runs strong. He wasn’t thrilled about this purchase due to the known maintenance demands of the N63 engine, but he’ll be doing a full inspection this weekend. I also have an appointment with BMW to get the display key programmed, as it wasn’t synced to the car. All in all, this was a great experience. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Da Vinci Automotive again. 5-star experience, no question.

Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... I liked that they offer pre-qualification through Capital One without a hard credit hit. I filled it out at night, had a preliminary answer by morning, and went in already knowing what numbers to expect. It saves a lot of stress.
