2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost review

I live out of state but visit the area quite often due to work and every time I am in I get my maintenance service done there as my local Mercedes dealer charges an arm and a leg even for an oil change. I can say they have a lifelong customer in me. Highly recommend their sales department, Alan, Tash, Chris. Sean in finance is easy and helpful and Nick in service as well. They all treat me like I am part of their team even though I am just another customer from 2 states over.
2016 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
Of course it's quiet and luxurious. It's a Rolls-Royce -- it's what they do best! It's a decent value at 4 years old. Not cheap, but (to me) it's worth the money. At about 5,500 lbs and almost 18 feet long, I expected ponderous handling. However, this thing accelerates and handles better than anything this big and heavy should. Especially accelerating -- seems to defy physics. It accelerates hard enough to lock up the seat belt! You wouldn't mistake it for a Miata; more like a big BMW or Mercedes sedan. Overall, after about a week, I'm still finding new features and still marveling at the handling and performance. I should point out that my car has the Dynamic Driving Package. I don't know how much of a difference that makes compared to a car without it. I'm also still getting accustomed to its size. (My other cars are MUCH smaller, lighter, shorter, and narrower.)

2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
I live over an hour and a half away. I read some of the reviews and concluded that the car I was most interested in was at Dancy Auto. Unsure of the distance and the dealer I took a shot. I was impressed by the client list and the inventory. They have some of the nicest cars around, hence the long drive. I dealt with Vanessa and Joel on two separate occasions. I felt the handling of my requests were done in a serious and professional manner. I bought the car after pleasant negotiations involving pricing of car and financing arrangements. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and absolutely love my Genesis. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the dealership making an out-of-state purchase possible. However, I believe there are opportunities to improve the customer experience. Purchasing a vehicle—especially a luxury vehicle—is exciting, and customers should feel confident and supported throughout the process. Instead, there were times when I felt like I had to do the work of following up rather than being guided through the experience. Having worked in sales myself, I understand that every customer is different. A good salesperson knows how to read the room, adjust their communication style, and build trust rather than simply close a sale. I occasionally felt my questions were met with responses that came across as dismissive instead of consultative. Customers should never feel hesitant to ask questions when making such a significant financial decision. Communication surrounding the delivery of my vehicle was also disappointing. I had clearly communicated that I would be out of town on a specific date, yet the vehicle was still scheduled for delivery that day. I repeatedly had to reach out for status updates instead of receiving proactive communication. The delivery driver even shared that he knew I would not be available because the salesperson had informed him, but was told, “We’ll figure it out.” Fortunately, everything ultimately worked out, but situations like that should be avoided through better planning and communication. I share this feedback because I believe the dealership has the potential to provide an exceptional buying experience that matches the quality of the vehicles it sells. While I am genuinely happy with my purchase and would recommend the vehicle itself, I hope this feedback helps improve the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care for future buyers.
