Monaco Motor GroupReviews
Monaco Motor Group review
I recently bought a Rolls-Royce Phantom from Monaco Motor Group, and I've got to say, the whole experience was amazing, largely thanks to Ameer. He's not just a sales guy; he's like that knowledgeable friend who knows everything about luxury cars. Right from the start, Ameer was super approachable and available. Whether I had a big question about the car's features or a small one about paperwork, he was just a call away, always ready to help. And let me tell you, his coordination skills are top-notch. He worked magic with my assistant to get all the paperwork sorted out fast. It felt like everything was on autopilot. The car? It's a dream. It arrived looking even better than I expected. There was a bit of a wait, but hey, good things take time, right? What I appreciated most was how Ameer kept me in the loop about everything. Honestly, I'd recommend Monaco Motor Group to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience. Ameer and the team there have earned my complete trust. Can't wait to go back for my next car!

Monaco Motor Group review
I've been to many car dealerships in my time, but my recent experience at Monaco Motor Group is hands down one of the best! The selection of unique and hard-to-find cars had me amazed. Never seen such variety in one place. But what made this dealership really special for me was Aamir. He’s one of those rare gems in customer service. Personable, genuine and just an all-around great guy to deal with. He answered all my questions and was super easy to reach before making the purchase. His way of communicating made me feel like I'm not just another sale, but someone he genuinely cared about. If your looking for a great car buying experience and some really unique cars, I'd definitely recommend checking out Monaco Motor Group. And if you can, ask for Aamir. You wont regret it.
2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith review
I purchased this car and was quite unsure at first. From owning Ferrari’s, and Lamborghinis, but this was my first car to provide that much luxury. The dealership was pretty bad (they overlooked me because I was young but I was still an multi millionaire) but this is about the car. The starlight headliner makes this car for me. I love the little things in this car like the smell of the ac and the umbrella in the door. This car is a must have

Coast to Coast is a very professional dealership. I was treated with respect and professionalism from the time I walked through the door. Dylan and Omar took good care of us from the time we looked at the car to taking a test drive and writing up a sales deal. Coast to Coast carries quality inventory, and back it up. Thank you.

Da Vinci AutomotiveReviews
Da Vinci Automotive review
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and absolutely love my Genesis. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the dealership making an out-of-state purchase possible. However, I believe there are opportunities to improve the customer experience. Purchasing a vehicle—especially a luxury vehicle—is exciting, and customers should feel confident and supported throughout the process. Instead, there were times when I felt like I had to do the work of following up rather than being guided through the experience. Having worked in sales myself, I understand that every customer is different. A good salesperson knows how to read the room, adjust their communication style, and build trust rather than simply close a sale. I occasionally felt my questions were met with responses that came across as dismissive instead of consultative. Customers should never feel hesitant to ask questions when making such a significant financial decision. Communication surrounding the delivery of my vehicle was also disappointing. I had clearly communicated that I would be out of town on a specific date, yet the vehicle was still scheduled for delivery that day. I repeatedly had to reach out for status updates instead of receiving proactive communication. The delivery driver even shared that he knew I would not be available because the salesperson had informed him, but was told, “We’ll figure it out.” Fortunately, everything ultimately worked out, but situations like that should be avoided through better planning and communication. I share this feedback because I believe the dealership has the potential to provide an exceptional buying experience that matches the quality of the vehicles it sells. While I am genuinely happy with my purchase and would recommend the vehicle itself, I hope this feedback helps improve the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care for future buyers.

I recommend da Vinci Autos, Deni, and Rabeea.

Deni at Da Vinci Auto helped us buy a car from out of state. Buying from out of state can be difficult but he made it very easy for us. He did a video chat so we could see the vehicle before hand. They even took our trade from out of state and gave a good trade in value. Even after paying for shipping the vehicles it was still priced competitively and they handled all the shipping for us! Absolutely recommend Da Vinci Auto! Thank you Deni!
