I know most people don't care about a dealers reviews its always about the price but as for me being a former Sales Mgr at a dealership for 10 yrs i know that reviews do matter it says a lot about whether a dealer cares about its customers or not thats why i traveled almost 2 hrs to Direct Auto team in Canton and driving by many many other dealers along the way. After arriving i was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone which gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car i even pulled over and spent about 20 minutes just looking things over and trying every button and lever to make sure they all worked. After getting back to the dealership i sat with Nick in sales and met Dimitry the Mgr who came over to introduce himself. All can say is the buying experience was great everyone was very friendly and i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I left there that day with a great deal and went home with the car i wanted.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! And i hope this review does matter!!!!!
A Standout From The Crowd Convertible

I have a 94 Cutlass Convert w/ only 80k that will be 25yrs old in 2019. I wanted to set her aside as they are becoming rare and wanted another convert to enjoy. Knew I didn't want the boring Solara or Sebring & the "see them everywhere" Audi or BMW. That left VW, Volvo, & Saab (didn't want a Camaro, Mustang kinda convert).
The VW was a bit too small, the hardtop Volvo was a bit pricey (and I already own an S80 AWD which I love as well) , so that left the Saab & it didn't bother me that it was no longer in production (parts are available for it & I have 2 good Volvo/Saab mechanics). Did a little research & found the 04 & newer models road better & had less chassis flex than the previous years.
The Saab is stylish, you don't see them all over the place, & people still stare in amazement when I lower the top with the remote while walking to my car!!! On top of that, you still have a useable trunk even with the top down!!! So find a well maintained one & enjoy the ride!!!
Elias was really friendly and helpful. The whole process couldn't have been easier. We couldn't be happeier with our car and would definitely buy from them again!!

This is my third Saab, second 2001 and second 5 speed. Nowadays for the price you can not beat them. I paid 2k for a well taken care of 2001 with 102,000 miles on it last July. It is a 17 year old car and based on the condition it was in and the mileage, it was definitely babied. The hood needed to be repainted (some twit keyed it) but outside of that was in mighty fine shape. Very comfortable car to drive, decent mileage, 5 speed is fun, and a very peppy turbo charged 2.0 liter engine. Audio was terrible but replacing the speakers and the door speaker amp made a world of difference. I kept the standard head unit as I did not want to break up the integrated look of the interior with an aftermarket unit and I also added an aux plug to it. Car sounds very nice now. The drink holders are a little sad and not very practical but such is life. I have the four door fastback and there is tons of storage available for a car it's size. Key question - would I buy another? Heck yes, especially if it was a Viggen!
Shortly after purchasing my Range Rover from Done Deal I brought it to their service department for the installation of running boards. The price quoted was quite reasonable and the work performed perfectly and in a most timely manner. From the dealer management through my salesperson to the installation mechanic I was treated most prtdonally. The work was performed most professional. And the final cost was exactly as originally quoted. I wish there were more than 5 stars available to rate Done Deal, every aspect of this company is highly recommended.

So I've had a fully loaded, every single option, 5.3 liter 9-7x for two years now. It is a 2007. I drive it every day as a commuter and once in a while tow my 5000lb boat when my main tow vehicle is not available. Here's the thing about this car. I have 75,000 miles on it now and nothing, I repeat nothing has needed to be fixed or broken or worn or anything. I'm talking weld the hood shut reliable. I still can't believe I haven't spent a penny on it except gas and oil changes. It will finally need tires soon and that's going to be the extent of my ownership costs. Here's the bad parts however. It corners like it is on rails...literally pull up the skid pad tests and you aren't going to find another body on frame suv with this kind of road gripping performance. It is so amazing it will easily out perform the tires and I have high end tires on it. Even the Chevy Trailblazer SS (that copied the SAAB technology as it is a later released GM) is not quite as good. That's great but how often do you need that level of performance. I can tell you not that often and so the down side of that level of cornering ability is a really bumpy ride. You feel the bumps and cracks in the road and that gets a bit old. The nav unit has a nice big screen but so many times it can't locate an address in the data base and that is even with the most updated nav disc and with old addresses. I hate when I have to break down and use the nav.
That's about the extent of the bad that I can come up with after driving 30,000 miles in my 9-7.
Other things that I like are:
Factory xenon headlights with washers:
Torque of the V8 especially when towing a lot of weight
Tan and Black interior with French stitching
Relatively modern dash for what really is an old platform
I surprisingly get a lot of compliments on it as though it is a much more expensive vehicle.
I like that the nav disc has it's own dedicated slot as well so you don't have to choose whether you want to use the nav disc or a cd.
Since this car doesn't have an ipod connection (which can be done for literally $5 if you care to) you can connect the ipod or whatever device you want to up to the rear entertainment system as a sort of boot leg work around and hear the music or watch a movie from the device.
As for mileage, it is a nearly 5000lb vehicle with an 8 cylinder engine. Who would buy this then complain as though somehow they thought that was a winning combination for fuel efficiency?
We recently bought from Village Subaru and the experience was flawless. Erik Holm was delightful to work with. He had the most competitive price among 8 dealerships we reached out to. Eric found the car matching our specs within a day and threw in for free a few accessories that came with the car that we hadn’t asked for. All the negotiations were over email and on the pickup day Erik had all the paperwork ready and we were able to leave with our purchase in less than an hour. We highly recommend Erik and Village Subaru if you are in the market for a car.

Fast dependable and comfortable I love my Saab it's the best vehicle I ,a car with alot class.I LOVE MY SAAB WITH ALL MY HEART
This is the second car I have bought from Best Auto Bargain. I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from him. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism.I really appreciated the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. I know I can come to Best Auto Bargain with any questions or concerns and can do so easily via the internet. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle we will be back.

This car had not been well maintained and the dealership didn't even know that the car was pulling to the right, as they'd never been in it or drove it. Saabs are really good cars and this one was just not maintained.
J C Auto Sales has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in the car industry! They were very transparent about the history of the vehicle along with any work that was done to it. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the staff was incredible to work with; they were very respectful and they went above and beyond by registering the vehicle and getting it inspected for me so I didn't have to do that on my own time which was extremely convenient. I would absolutely do business with them again and I'm going to be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can't thank them enough, I love my new car!
One ot the best car I have ever owned.

I have owned a GMC Envoy and a Buick Rainer which are very similar . This car is much nicer in style luxury and options. It has better handling and ride. I am very happy with this car. It is mostly a GM product but a like the Saab touchs.
John is a very thoughtful person, both in the traditional sense: He picked me up from the train station, drove me to the RMV (and waited with me!) and then drove me back to the dealership where my new car was waiting, but also in a literal sense, as he was able to think about issues and logistics long before I was.
John also laid out the process and costs in a very clear and easy to understand way, which as a first time car buyer I greatly appreciated, and he even got me a fantastic rate from the local credit union.
All in all, it was a very clear, smooth and fair process.
Would definitely recommend Select Used Cars and John without hesitation.
Fun and good lookin?

The only down sides about the car was the fuel gauge sensor was broken, no hands free phone support and no XM. Everything else is great!
When it was time for me to replace my beloved high mileage Volvo I was very cautious and not just a little bit nervous thinking about purchasing a preowned vehicle.
I worked with Elias who was around on evenings and weekends when I could more easily look for a car. He was terrific! Elias clearly knows this business, very patient and kind as he walked me through the process. As a single white haired woman finding an honest trustworthy car dealer can be a daunting experience. I made the right choice and worked with the right dealer.
Now as I drive my low mileage cherry red Mercedes with the sun roof open and my music blasting I can thank Elias for making this happen for me. Call him!

Has been an excellent car to own. I've done a couple of long road trips in it, one NY to Colorado, its a excellent, comfortable, long distance cruising machine.
Mine is a regular 2.3 turbo and its fantastic, pulls hard to overtake, sits happily at 85 all day long and returns 28 mpg.
My wagon has tones of storage space including clever under floor storage in the cargo area and space for 4 adults comfortably.
Has made me into a Saab guy.
Best Auto Bargain is a great establishment - honest, fair, and down to earth. Super great with my kids who I brought with me and I felt no pressure. They very kind and really cared about what I wanted and helped me think through what the best vehicle could be for my needs. They went the extra mile to make the car buying experience a great one. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
Safest Sedan I ever owned
by Joamici from Hamilton, NJ
October 18, 2018
This by far the safest sedan I owned and the most fun to drive, I can shift the Transmission like a stick in the winter with snow on the ground and have complete control of the car, very stable on the ground and the disk brakes all around stop the car very quickly, the metal on this car is very thick like Mercedes and Volvo, the only thing not too many mechanics like to work on the car , I learned and found the car easy to work on after reading through the technical manual , Parts are expensive but the prices been coming down in price in the past year
John is a friendly and competent salesman - he didn’t push and told me about the cars I looked at for what they were. He acknowledged known issues upfront. I didn’t find the car I wanted there but would absolutely buy from John if he has the right car in the future.

I've owned a 2003 9-3 convertible for 9 years now and I still look forward each time I take it for a drive. It has been as reliable as any car I've owned, and I do keep up with all maintenance and repairs as they come up. I've never had to repair the top though the fabric is wearing above the rear window. Mechanically it just runs and runs and runs. It now has just under 100,000 miles with no mechanical breakdowns (I've never called AAA for this car). I do most of the mechanical work and find Saabs easy to work on & parts prices reasonable. It's one shortcoming is scuttle shake; common on all convertibles that makes for a rough ride on bumpy roads (I live on a dirt road, so have to take it slowly). If you want a ragtop for well under $10G then I recommend you try out a Saab.
I have known and worked with Dmitry for years. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest. Great selection of high quality cars. Will be the most enjoyable car buying experience you've ever had. Always recommend Dmitry and his team to my friends and family.

This car exceeded my expectations. Price point was great and the car was better than advertised. No issues so far. Great option for a convertible. Fun to drive.
I've purchased two cars from Alan and both times I've been very pleased. He is very professional and easy to work with, his prices are fair and he does excellent repairs. I highly recommend Eagle Auto Sales.

I test drove this car and will purchase it in the next few days. I have put money down already. Car is clean, drives like a quiet beast and on HW when you accelerate it asks for more like a fine horse! It has power like few cars on the road. It drives quiet, is incredibly comfortable and it is almost as soft driving as a Cadillac. Controls are very well placed and designed thinking of the driver. The ignition is on the floor between front seats for comfort and safety reasons. In accidents key will not insert in drivers knee. ALL SAABS are special cars as they are a different kind of engineering type and are very, very safe!!! It will be the 3rd SAAB I own. I drive in the state of Independence!
Dmitry and Nick actually listen to their clients! They focus on what you are looking for, not what they are trying to move. They show used cars worked on by their own mechanic team. They are pragmatic problem solvers who seek balanced and fair solutions that work for both parties during negotiations. They are courteous and respectful of their clients, and added bonus, nice to talk with!

Saab's are long lasting provided you can do the little stuff and keep up with the maintenance. very few were imported into the US and if you want afordable fun and power one cannot beat a Viggen.
Purchased a car here which I bought because of its excellent history. Had the car checked out a month after buying and spend $850 in repairs due to a leak and a few other issues. Car was sound overall and guys were nice to deal with but get any prospective purchase checked out before buying.

its a good car but when things break its expensive. The check engine light comes on for everything. The car runs well and is fast. The features are pretty good for the year. It has most all the feature the newer cars have.
The staff is kind and works quickly to make purchasing a car as painless as possible. The only thing to note is price reflected on sales site takes into consideration $1000 deposit down. Fine details should be confirmed first but I literally the only needle in the haystack. Overall, amazing experience!
Considering I own an older car it still runs good.

This car was given to me from a family member. I am grateful for the gift. This old Saab runs pretty good and I keep up with needed maintenance.
Best car - buying experience I have ever had. Dimitri was very straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. The next time I need a car, I know where to go. I highly recommend these guys.
Awesome luxury SUV Saab out with a bang.
by Cwglindn from Tucson, AZ

Maybe a collector car only about 814 made, made only the last year of Saab. A luxury SUV based on the Cadillac SRX but greatly improved by Saab. A solid and heavy SUV 3.0 is a little sluggish and low MPG. Lots of features even in base model. My favorite Saab product.
Absolute pleasure , Avery handled everything like a respectful Car wizard , if you need a car you have to at least give them a call and visit , they changed my perspective on a car buying experience , the bar has no been raised , there lot and the cars that they are offering are immaculate upright and honest , with very fair price , no haggling here . If You need A car come here , If you want a car come here . Period.

Great gas mileage, fun to drive, turbo charged, minimal repairs. I had the 5 door hatchback. Best, most reliable car I ever owned. Bring back Swedish made Saab!
Went in to check out a Scion TC ad I saw on Cars and didn't leave with the car but really enjoyed my overall experience. Rich was informative and patient. Forgot my lisences so I had to go home and grab it and in the meanwhile he washed the car. Answered all my question, let me look at other cars in the lot and got back to me in a timely fashion. Friendly and cool. Didn't feel pushed or rushed into purchasing the car.
This is Saab # 4 for me.

Quick. The engine is stronger than one would think part of that is because the car only weighs 3300 lbs. low thirties at hwy speeds ,30 around my town. Handles well, very stable.
This car feels smart like it knows what it's doing. The engineering shows up in the light weight, tight rattle free body and suspension and powerful engine. Mine is a relatively rare six speed manual as I wish to be intimately involved in driving my car id I wish to be uninvolved or just a passenger I will take a bus. Excelent car and I am sure GM sold Saab because they there was resistance in Saab in letting GM screw the cars up and compromising the part quality and engineering.
