I have a Saturn 2009 outlook bought about a year ago with just under 20,000 miles. its been a headache. headlights are always going off, engine trouble...water pump...do i need to say more. sometimes i wish i could have purchased a different car.
Professional, polite and efficient. He was fit for the needs of us and anybody who should come walking through the door. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Outlook Vs Acadia

We were in the market for an SUV that seats 7 or 8. my wife fell in love with the GMC Acadia. We looked everywhere for a certified per own with less then 30,000 miles. One day was saw the Outlook and did a double take thinking it was an Acadia. I then began my serch for the Saturn Outlook and found one in PA. My wife at first was not into the outlook, her mind was set on the Acadia. I took her to PA to see the Outlook and she then fell in love with it. I have it for three weeks and love it. My Saturn is fully loaded with the Tri-coat paint.
NICK was my salesman. I would recommend him all the time. Work with me taking the time to explain everything also going over all the tricks and new stuff the vehicle is capable of doing with it being a new 19 tundra.
Bad Transmission & Engine Reliability
by EWS from Troy, MI

I bought my 2009 Saturn Outlook new in Dec. 2008, so I have driven it for 6 years now - has 81K miles. Two months ago I had to have the transmission rebuilt and now it is back into the GM dealer for engine problems - ignition coils bad.
This car has been back to the dealer more times than any car I have ever owned. It's too bad that the engine and trans. are not reliable because I love this car. Great to drive and lot's of room, very comfortable for adults even in the 3rd row.
But I would not buy another one because of the issues.
Very satisfied!!! Customer Service and shopping experience was well worth my time. Very grateful for a simple deal and a simple transaction. Great personnel throughout the entire company. Thanks dudes!!!!!
Very happy with their service, would come back here and recommend to others ! They were awesome to work and did everything they could to help out!
Too Early to tell

I've had my 2009 Saturn Outlook LS for about 2 months now. We've driven about 1500 miles in cities and on highways. It's been a very nice vehicle. For as large and capacious as it is, it gets pretty good mileage. Just about what they predicted 17/24. Interior is all leather and very comfy. Wifey loves the heated psgr seat option as she gets cold with my A/C settings, even though her temp is set higher than mine. My kids love the rear seating and the DVD player. The dual zone air really takes the edge off the TX summer heat. It handles well, drives like a dream. The only complaints I have are that I'm getting an occasional, sporadic Stabilitrak warning light. I understand that it can be due to many reasons, ie; under inflated tires to too much weight in the vehicle or even a true malfunction etc. Vehicle still seems to be functioning properly though. It downshifts kind of slowly in low gears at low speeds sometimes and especially going down hill. Other than that, it is a very nice vehicle with tons of extra features that I'm still discovering.
All I can say is they are AWESOME! Made my dreams come true with a brand new beautiful SUV for my birthday! Thanks guys! Your the BEST!
Improving my Outlook

I was looking for an all around vehicle for a family of 4 kids and a wife. The Saturn was my first choice and finally I found one that had nearly evcery thing I wanted. Everything except AWD and GPS. Great car with lot's of leg room and everything in it's place. It's easy to enter and exist the vehicle. Can only get 16.1 MPG so it may need a tune up. I purchased it with 79002 miles on it. The only problem I have with the Outlook is the cheap heater controls. They get stuck when you push them in and the tempature goes down to 60 because it's in a stuck position. Other than that I love everything about this car.
It’s really nice and easy to use. They get back to you fast which is great. They have a great selection of cars. Overall the site is amazing

Although this car is almost 10 years old, the exterior and interior style feel modern. I am 5'2" and often find it difficult to truly get totally comfortable in many cars. I am able to make all necessary adjustments seat and steering wheel to get it just right!
This was my second experience in 5 years using Julian's Auto Showcase to sell a car for me. I would not have returned if I was not pleased the first time. I was so pleased the first time that I referred many friends over the years.
Steve Ferguson's courtesy and attention to detail was demonstrated quickly when preparing my car for showings. His attitude and knowledge were tantamount.
They are TOP-RATED PROFESSIONALS!
My wife and I had an unbelievably GREAT experience with Tim Phares ¿ He was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed which was huge for us with getting the vehicles we truly wanted. He went above and beyond with how well he treated us from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend making an appointment with Tim!
I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee to replace my 8 year old Dodge Journey. The Deery service department had done a great job of caring for my Journey, so this was a consideration in purchasing a new vehicle. After researching vehicles the Jeep Cherokee fit the needs of my family. We were able to take my "must have" list and find the perfect vehicle. The sales people were very helpful to work with.

Dealing with Jason at East Coast Auto and Trailers in Wilmington, NC was a great pleasure. He understood my needs and wants and gave me a great deal on my new SUV. It's reliable, easy to handle and works just as good as the Acadia at a more affordable price. I would purchase another Saturn, but more importantly from Jason because he's honest and he will work with you.
I dropped my vehicle off to get tires put on it and Steve May was great as usual and he had a loaner available for me while my tires were being put on and I got a surprise call they were done faster than my original appointment stated thank u Laird Noller and Steve
Went through the entire process, they not only walked me through each step and made sure I’m ew what was going on, they made it easy for me
To follow and verify what they were doing. They made sure I got a car I wanted at a price that was beyond fair for me.
Issues with the engine.

I have had the Saturn Outlook 2009 for 3 years, we bought it brand new. The comfort and drive has always been nice. The problem is in the engine....now being a woman I do not understand everything about the motor, but the dealer has replaced the "TIMING CHAIN" in the engine TWICE, and there have also been other things they have replaced that I am not familiar with, it has taken multiple trips to the dealer for them to figure out the issues, they have had our vehicle for weeks at a time. Everytime they send it back, the engine light goes on again This vehicle has been in the shop at least 6 times for a week or more....it is just not reliable. The service manager told me "oh yes there are problems with this engine, it is the same engine as the GMC Acadia, and the Chevy Traverse....GM is going to stop putting this engine in autos....so beware if you buy any of these models from 2009 until now 2013. This has been a nightmare for us, and they fix it only to have it go back in the shop again every fe months....
We have had enough and are going to try and trade it in very soon.
We are repeat customers for a reason! They have taken excellent care of us each time we’ve come to purchase a vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely professional. The vehicles are excellent, and have lasted us a long time. They go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of!
new this car would have been great

Meets all my current needs of 8 passenger SUV with enough power. The fold up seats are hard for my kids to operate, all GM's cars still have the exact same rust issues in the exact same spots. Expensive common repairs on common parts in hard to reach areas.
I watched this vehicle for more than a week as I moved from Florida to Tucson. Having done quite a bit of homework this one was low mileage good deal, good color, great condition. But the AC was weak after purchase and Jay's had the system serviced and its cold as ice now.
