We were looking for an inexpensive used car and found a great car for the price at Kings Kars. Leon was very laid back, friendly and helpful. When we noticed a couple of minor problems with the car, he offered to have them fixed at no cost and in the end we were very happy with the service and the vehicle!

Every Saturn's Awesome!
by Richard The LionHeart from Los Angeles, CA

Okay, maybe not every Saturn, but close to it the way I've been feeling since purchasing my 2010 Outlook last month. I flew from LA all the way to Seattle to get mine, and I have no regrets thus far. Mine came with the 2nd row captain's chairs, cloth seats, remote start, and parking assist sensors and camera. I can't complain. This truck is awesome, even pre-owned. Even though it closely resembles a GMC Acadia, people stop and take a closer look at it due to the fact that it's different. Even though Saturn as a car company may be gone, they left behind some goodies like these for our enjoyment for years to come.

Great to work with!

Scott Leman Autos had a vehicle that we were interested in. My wife's job is busy right now and she is working long hours, so we were unable to make it to the dealership by the closing time throughout the week and Saturday mornings are busy with family activities. Scott was very helpful in working out times to look over the car, drive it, and talk through a possible deal. He was very fair in his trade-in offer. Ultimately we chose a different vehicle, but I would not have hesitated to purchase the vehicle he had, had our choice been to go with that one - it was a car decision, not a dealer/salesman decision.

My 1st SUV
by Kia S. (Saturn lover) from Louisville, KY
December 7, 2010

Let me be the first one to start off and say I love my SUV. After purchasing a brand new 09' Altima last year. I thought I was satisfied until I got pregnant 2 months later the back seat was smaller than I thought. When it came down to getting another second vehicle. My husband has a pick up truck and I decided I was tired of driving a car and I wanted a SUV. I REALLY did not want a minivan just not my style. I test drove the Saturn and was impressed on how it looked also I didn't see a big difference as far as going from car to Suv, I made sure I could see while backing up. I made sure before I bought another vehicle it had to have everything in it. This 2010 has it all except a bathroom. I love to fact that I can travel with up to 7 people. I bought my 2010 in June (2010). I've had it now 6 months, I like the fact that while it's cold if I use my remote start it automatically turns on the heated seats. We also looked at the Acadia but I liked the fact that there was a big "S" on the front (my last name starts with a "S")The two things I would change about this Saturn if it were up to me is improve the gas per mileage and make it sit up higher like the TRailbrazer. Other than that I can't think of anything else if I do, I'll let you know.

Bad Timing Belt Design
by Fawn from Sandston, VA
December 28, 2018

Overall I love this car, however in 6 years the timing belt/chain has jumped timing 3x!! The interior design is great, there's plenty of leg room front and back, the sound system is great, decide compatible. Engine is good, parts aren't super pricy, it's great on gas mileage. Handles great, love how easy the cruse control is to turn on and adjust. My mom owned this car for years had to replace the time 2x in 3 years after she had owned it for at least 4years b4 the timing went. Then my sister owned the car for 2 years, she city drove it and a few long distance trips. My mom drove it across 4 states for me to use the car for a few years. I drove the car for a week and I had the main fuel line bust the first day, get it back from the shop make a few errands over a week and the timing goes on me! I'd be happy to fix it and drive the car for the next few years, but with this reoccurring problem I'm worried about putting a so much money into fixing a problem that keeps occurring!

(Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Test drove a 2009 Saturn SKY Redline. Great performance from a 2.0 liter turbo 4cyl. The engine pulls nicely, with almost Zero turbo lag. Handling is near perfect! Very attractive, sporty car that draws looks and double takes. The only drawbacks are the storage space and a more involved convertible top., but that didn’t stop me from buying one for myself!

Buyer Beware
by Rebecca from Hatton, ND
July 29, 2018

I browsed Cars.com for 2 years looking for the right car for our growing family. We own a 2003 Saturn ION that we love so we decided to stay in the Saturn family and look for an Outlook. We found a 2008 Saturn Outlook from a small dealer in the Twin Cities, MN area. Test drove perfectly, made an appointment with our local mechanic here in ND and drove it home. This was February 16, 2016. Twenty-Four hours later (before mechanics appointment) I drove it to a party 10 minuets from my home and after the party I got into it and it wouldn't start at first. Next day we took it to the mechanic and learned that the alternator, battery, tires and breaks all needed to be replaced, We did this and it ran smoothly until November 2017. I am a mother of 4, my husband is a disabled war Veteran, we are on a very tight budget and I do not drive my cars hard, I need them to last so I take very very good care of them. Winters in ND are cold, right before Thanksgiving I went to start the Outlook and it wouldn't start. Had it towed to a local mechanic and the timing chain was gone. since we are not well-to-do people we had to wait for tax season so it sat till February 2018. Again, fixed, ran smoothly until May 2018 when the transmission went. So right now I have a car sitting in my garage that I can not drive but still have to make payments on. Its a beautiful car, nice interior, very comfortable, nice smooth drive but a piece of crap under the hood.

I had a very pleasant and fun experience at Krug. I found the car online, filled out the online form with my information and I was promptly called back by Matt. I went in that day and drove off with the car I had looked at online in less than 24 hours. The owner, the sales staff and Main One, who did the financing, were all wonderful. My car shopping experience was amazing! I will definitely go back if I ever need another car.

Very Reliable. I'm the original owner of the car and it currently has just over 136,000 miles on it. Still going strong. We had an issue with the timing system a few years ago which was unnerving and cost A LOT of money. But a few weeks later we got a recall notice on the problem. Luckily I still had the receipt, so I was reimbursed. Parts wear out, but what do you expect after 12 years? I think a lot of issues for other owners may be related to previous maintenance schedules. Having bought mine new, I know the maintenance was done when scheduled and any problems addressed while they were still minor issues. I still get decent gas mileage (20 mpg city), but I don't have a lot of interstate driving. I definitely recommend a Saturn.

BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was searching for a dealer to have service done. I never had a Dodge before so needed a dealer. I had 2 different names from friends. I called the one closer to my work, in Painesville, OH on Mentor Ave, 1st thinking it would be more convenient if I needed work done. The girl that answered the phone was so rude and unwilling to help or answer any questions I had that I called my 2nd choice--which will now be my 1st choice!!! I spoke with Angie on the phone and she scheduled me right away answering all my questions patiently and without making me feel stupid. She got me in the same day and as soon as I arrived, I experienced the same friendliness I received the phone with everyone so far. I was very nervous since I've used the same dealer for a different manufacture car and loved it but I think I'll be happy with my choice!! I will recommend Deacon's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone and everyone who asks!!!

What a great car for cruising along the highway along the river with the top down, or stopping in at the local burger spot. Always gets lots of attention and admiring comments. Handling is great, love it on winding roads, and to let it loose on country roads with no traffic. Nice and tight. Great fitting top, with no leaks, and not too much road and wind noise. I think it's the best looking 2 seater of all, available today.

The car has met all my families needs, has traveled all across the country as well as up and down the country as well. It seats 8, although we rarely used the back seat. Highway driving at speed is not at all loud unless the road needs work. Drives very well as a daily driver for 4 person family.

Saturn Sky Redline
by HerbH from Irvine

I love the Saturn Sky, unfortunately I bought a used one that had a water pump go out within three weeks and cost me $1, 500.00 I could have had the repair done a little cheaper through other mechanics but I wanted a dealership that was some miliar with the GM platform to do the proper repair and had the special tools required to work on the turbo version. Other than that, the car has been running great only has 42000 miles and this breed of car is somewhat difficult to find with low miles so I feel lucky to have discovered one. I highly recommend people who are buying used cars to get a bumper to bumper extended warranty and get it in writing, the owner will most likely turn their back on you if things go wrong and you don't have something in writing.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Very good looking, a real head turner very fast and agile. The only thing that I dont like is the placement of power window switches. Very poor design. Stereo is fantastic along with air and heat. Hands free is really nice also.
