Service: 5/5 - answered all of my questions, including going above and beyond by calling the previous servicing dealership to get more information on the car. They were also patient with allowing both my wife and I to drive the car separately and be completely comfortable with the purchase
Value: 4/5- Gave me a great price for trade in and the car I bought was priced fairly. They also have a great network of banks for loans. I was able to get 66 month 2.99% financing, which is about as low as it gets for a 6 year old car.

I was desperate to get out of my 15 month old lease. I still had low miles but wasn't going to be able to keep it that way. Plus I didn't like car car. I asked for a Christmas Miracle and met Santa who made my wish come true! Santa aka Berson was fabulous! A fantastic experience and my daughter will be in next weekend to make her Christmas dreams come true! Thank you!!!!

McGee has always provided excellent service for my vehicles. The staff takes the time to go over inspection findings and the team always offers required service to keep my Toyota running like new. I personally appreciate that I always have an opportunity to speak directly with the Toyota certified technicians if I have any additional questions.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car from Imperial. I never felt pressured into buying, and Steven was helpful in explaining the different options available. With financing, Desiree was excellent and made that part actually fun. I subtracted a star only because I had to drive to Mendon for my car inspection and back to Milford for paperwork. That said, I would (and have) recommended Imperial to a friend.
J C Auto Sales has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in the car industry! They were very transparent about the history of the vehicle along with any work that was done to it. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the staff was incredible to work with; they were very respectful and they went above and beyond by registering the vehicle and getting it inspected for me so I didn't have to do that on my own time which was extremely convenient. I would absolutely do business with them again and I'm going to be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can't thank them enough, I love my new car!
Setting up the appointment was flawless. Arrivedand checking was perfect. Waiting area was fine. The service writer estimated 90 minutes and 60 minutes later all done and on the way to shopping. Great dealership....

I just bought a Avalon Hybrid car from Acton Toyota and Mr. Ken White was a great person to work with during the entire process. From the initial exploratory phone call, meeting him in person, test-driving the car, sitting down with him to go over different options, to the delivery of the car, Ken was extremely thoughtful, proactive, transparent, and fair. The whole purchasing experience was pleasant and efficient. It is highly likely that I will do business with him again when we replace our Lexus SUV in coming years. I would like to thank Jack and Wellington for all the assistance with the purchase of my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. I live in RI and my brother has been a customer of Acton Toyota for a long time. I was shopping for a used Toyota due to a hit and run accident that totaled my 2013 4-Runner. My husband and I decided to look at a Sequoia to allow us more room as well as towing capacity. We drove to the dealership on a rainy Tuesday evening and after an hour and 45 minute drive, we arrived at 7:50 (closing time is 8pm). We were not made to feel rushed and were able to check out the 2016 Sequoia and put a deposit down on the vehicle. My brother went in the next day to drive it and thought it was a fantastic vehicle. He has previously owned a Sequoia and was able to attest to the quality and reliability of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to us in RI at the Cranston DMV and the overall experience made the loss of my prior Toyota a little less painful. Thank you to Jack and Wellington.
I was contacted by Steve Kiviat promptly after I made an internet inquiry about a new Toyota Avalon. He invited me to come in and during our visit was extremely efficient and informative in laying out the options and the cars available with the options I wanted. He got the swap team to arrange for me to get me that specific car in just a couple days, with only two available in New England, and then came in during his off hours to help me through the process, and will be with us tomorrow to help set up the console and take delivery. A great guy and a great experience. We have purchased two cars from Acton Toyota in the past, and our very positive experience with Acton Toyota customer service now extends to the internet sales team. Thanks !
