We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

2008 Scion xD review
Best car I have ever had ,I bought it 9yrs ago not 1 problem till now and the brake system has gone crazy been trying to fix it for 8 months,replaced all parts still no brakes! I'm so broken hearted about it,I love this little car

This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. The staff handled all the paperwork and licensing which saved me time. Thanks to everyone at Ideal for a very good Explorer.
2009 Scion xD review
I have the 5 speed manual and am extremely happy with it. Super reliable never a single problem with it. If I had to nit-pick I'd say road noise maybe not the greatest above 65 mph. Great gas mileage. Seems to be built like a tank. Highly recommended....

From the outside you wouldnt expect the awesome cars this dealership has. But it's honesty worth the stop. They don't hassle you, they let you browse their lot and give you, your space. But they arr right there when you are ready for a test drive. We got a ford foucs and love it. They were able to work with the price we wanted, and made it easy to finish a deal. Also, the CD player didn't work and the owner got us a new one!! Most used lots would never do that. Got my spring green iM in 2020 with 35k miles, it is now July 2023 and still love it. has 58k miles now and is basically a new car (garaged) still! ill be keeping it for years and years to come.
