Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham review
I DROVE 250 MILES TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF BIRMINGHAM AND I’M SO GLAD I DID! My sales associate Jeff Campbell made buying my new car one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. He had everything fully prepared before I even arrived, including all the numbers and paperwork details, which made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. While everything was being finalized and the car was being detailed, the dealership was such a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the view. Jeff was easy-going, thorough, and genuinely personable throughout the entire process — I would highly recommend working with him and the rest of the team at Mercedes- Benz of Birmingham. THANK YOU JEFF!!

Had a very pleasant experience with Mckinnon Nissan. My salesman Chris Miller went above and beyond what is expected of a great salesman. Very kind and and understanding. Highly recommend him to my friends and family. Traci in the finance department was also very understanding and worked as quickly as possible to make it a pleasant experience. David was also very kind and willing to help you get the best deal. Enjoyed the experience very much. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I were hunting a for an Armada and the one we fell in love with was at Birmingham Luxury Motors. We responded to their website, Devon contacted us we worked out the details over the phone (since we are from Dothan, AL) and we picked it up today. We couldn’t be happier with Devon and how he handled everything! Great customer service and friendly. Everyone there was so nice and treated us like family!

This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and 6 hours away. The communication from the sales team prior to showing up was top notch. I received a complete walkaround of the vehicle as I requested. The vehicle was as advertised and ready for a test drive when I showed up. A few signatures and I was out the door in a timely manner (not like other dealerships). After purchase follow up was appreciated. There was a minor issue and the staff at DonohooAuto responded immediately and handled it very professionally . I would 100% buy from here again.
