2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

2023 Honda Accord Hybrid review
We've been buying V6 Accords for years now. This one is a totally different beast, unlike the previous V6, which were powerful, but "nervous", this car is so SMOOTH, elegantly gliding along, VERY MUCH LIKE AN EV. Yet when I need power — it delivers. The MPG is more than DOUBLE of what we've been used to. I tested a few hybrid sedans, and the Accord was the smoothest, you can't feel it switching from hybrid to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), as some others do. Definitely a great buy!

2024 Toyota Corolla review
Mine is an American made LE. It was bought at a time when very few stripped-down models were available. Using Toyota's parts website, I paid about 1/3 the price for options like the bumper protector, door edge guards, door trim, mud guards and all weather mats. True, it's got cheap materials and Toyota skipped even putting an engine cover to quiet it up (although, in Southern California, the engine cover can retain heat that's not as beneficial as it would be in a place further north). Regularly reaches 37 MPG combined short trips and 20-mile commutes. Longer freeway drives easily goes over 42 MPG. One of the most surprising things about this car is the OEM tires. They are solid, they maintain their air pressure over many months, unlike my friends' who also have bought new Toyotas and half much less consistent tires. The car is regularly parked outside with sun exposure and the exterior seems to hold up okay after 2 years. I did do a break-in oil change at 500 miles and I do oil changes at 5,000 miles. I need this car to last me a long time and the Toyota recommended service intervals will not lead to longevity. There are many Toyota experts who encourage even shorter intervals between oil changes based on Southern California severe driving standards. Too much traffic is considered severe driving. Something else, if this car were bought 55 miles South, in Mexico, the grade of oil would be very different. In America, 0W-8 is the official oil viscosity. In Tijuana, Baja California, 0W-20 is recommended and 5W-30 is even acceptable further south... On Toyota's own documentation! For the summer oil, I have 0W-16 put in it. The car is near the ocean and never has been exposed to anything near freezing temperatures. My friend helps me maintain the car and he gets a lot of information from a Toyota Master diagnostic technician on YouTube, "A Car Care Nut." As a final note, the optical systems that are used for safety for Toyotas have a service memo stating that their safety systems are only guaranteed if windshield replacements are done with Toyota glass and the devices calibrated with Toyota software. In car insurance, you have to show this information to your insurance company for them to approve the OEM glass and Toyota body shop work. The windshield and calibration easily runs over $2,000. I have seen those windshield companies claim that they calibrate the safety system only for it not to work in a future accident. Be your own best advocate and insist on Toyota glass and calibration. By the way, we also looked at Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi. The transmissions on the Nissan and the Mitsubishi are garbage, the Honda has so many systems to save fuel that negatively affect the engine, Toyota's reliability is often because they choose not to do risky fuel saving software settings.

2024 Hyundai SONATA review
Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

2024 Kia Forte review
I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

2016 BMW 650 review
I wanted a year around convertible grand tourer with a back seat and a useable trunk that was fun and comfortable to drive. I looked for six months and having given up on other brands I finally turned to BMW. The 650xi always puts a smile on my face especially with the top down. Depending on your previous vehicle it may take some getting used to, however. It is "low rider" and while there are more seat controls than a pilots control panel, you may not find the right seating arrangement initially. The car is second nature to me now and very comfortable in every way. The more options your 650 has, the more you will continue to find new features continually. I purchased the car used and have had it for 18 months and appreciate it every time I drive it. It's good in the snow and l always feel safe in it. The convertible top is not as insulated from sound as I would like for highway driving but other than that I have no complaints. It is a satisfying vehicle.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! 2012 Toyota Corolla review
Initially I was apprehensive about getting a Toyota corolla because of the lack of power and handling, but after 12 years of ownership, I must say that the reliability and low cost of ownership more than make up for its lackluster performance which means more money in my pocket, and that's what count with todays economy.

2020 Hyundai SONATA review
Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

2024 Nissan Altima review

I had a problem replacing my power sockets on My 2010 Chevy Avalanche. I couldn't pull out the socket with a tool I had ordered. I decided to stop by Rusty Drewing Collision Center for help. I met an individual named Travis Hamilton who was the body shop manager and explained the problem to him. Travis took the time to look at what I was attempting to do and to my luck he was able to figure out the problem in a short amount of time. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. Knowing my ability it would have taken me all day. I really appreciate his service and willingness to take time for me..... I have another project for my avalanche' I will surely go to him again. 2025 Cadillac CT4 review
Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

2017 Cadillac CTS-V review
This vehicle is amazing. When you hit the gas it pins you and your passenger back in the seat. The gas pedal response is absolutely amazing. On the highway it always seems to have more. Long distance drive are a joy and loads of fun. The handling is amazing.
