Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

She called me and convinced me to stop by. I did, and through working out a good deal, I returned my Forester and got myself a 2024 Crosstrek. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ryan is a great person to start with at Jenkins Subaru a very big improvement over the previous dealership ownership. Ryan took care of everything and I did not have to interact with others. I'll return for service and when this lease is up will return to Jenkins.

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

I had probably the most awesome experience ever, buying a car, when I visited Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida. The sales woman, Sonia Clark was very conscientious. I found a car that I was hoping to buy and thanks to Sonia's tenacity, she made it work. The finance manager, Feliciah St. Hilaire, was very friendly, knowledgable, and well versed in her profession. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

This is a nice truck to drive as I use it as a daily driver as well as hauling a camper. The only issue I have had has been some quirky electrical things, like the radio going out randomly and the reverse lights staying on when it is not in reverse. Fuel mileage with the 6.6 Turbo Diesel is fair at 17 mpg.

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

We worked with Jesse on buying the perfect 2door manual Jeep Wrangler for my son who is in the Navy. They helped us find the right one and worked with us and our schedule. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

10/29/25 Shortly after arriving at my campsite in Inverness FL I experienced with the fuel injector in my 2022 Silverado 2500HD/4 W Drive Truck. I located the Love Chevrolet dealership and brought my Truck in ASAP. The Service Dept was welcoming and arranged for my Truck to be looked at ASAP. The SVC Mgr arranged for transportation at no charge back to my hunting campsite. My Truck was ready first thing in the AM on 10/31. Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.
