I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .
Keith Diffenderffer was terrific from start to finish, and his offer to spend time with us after our purchase to make sure we got the most out of the car was much appreciated. He was also able to answer every question we had. i think Dale helped us in Finance. He was terrific, as well.
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
Keith in sales is top drawer, he found the vehicle with the options that best suited our business, and gave us all the information we needed to make a comprehensive decision - with out pressure to buy. He then turned us over to Coleah in finance , for a seamless close to our purchase. Nice job MB Seattle, we will be back.
We purchased our E Class at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia with the assistance of Zac Nichols and Danh Do. They were fantastic. We started the process on the internet, and Zac was very helpful with walking us through the process, then over the phone, and eventually the test drive and the final purchase. I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Change my summer tires to winter tires.
