Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2014 MINI Hardtop review
Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

2023 Subaru Forester review
LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV review
Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. 2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

2022 Jaguar I-PACE review
I've had my 2022 I-Pace HSE for a month now. Quiet, lightning fast, no loss of acceleration on highway and just as quiet as my Lexus when I'm speeding along. Comfortable seats, good controls and excellent steering, with lots of drive modes to chose from. A really, low center of gravity, race car that doubles as a comfortable cruiser (and I'm 60 and like a comfortable ride now most of all). It doesn't have a center console clock, it has a ton of menus that do everything, but you have to initial spend some time figuring them out. There is no feedback from the engine telling you what the car is doing like the old days, and the standard mirror is way to dark, looking into that tiny heavily tinted rear glass window (my car did not come with Clearview rear view mirror, which should be standard, and that is huge). The panoramic roof is so dark, it neither lets in light nor allows much of a view, and definitely miss my sunroof that opened, because you use the A/C sooo much less. Plus, but I actually enjoy this, you must plug the car in as soon as you get home. But I'd still chose this car. I arrive home with 50-60% power every night, and even my standard wall outlet charges the car to 80%+ by A.M. and that suits me fine. (2022 model has faster charger), Instant acceleration and high regen braking allows you to drive without applying the brakes !! That is fantastic !! Although I did switch to low regen after a couple weeks and I really like how it coasts and still regenerates the battery. A seriously cool car that puts you on the cutting edge, and my solar panels charge it up at night, what more could you ask for as you speed by the gas station and repair shop !!!??? : )

2021 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. Shortly after, I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and found that the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I reached out to Toni Spille in the service department, who promptly scheduled an appointment to address both concerns. When I arrived for the service, Mike Anderson inspected my CT4 again to confirm the issues and ensure everything would be addressed properly. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. 2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 63 review
The car is the nicest and best fit and finish of any other car I've owned. Id love for more power but the power it has is delivered very well. I make excuses to drive it.
