To the Owners of Maggi Motors

To the owners of Maggi Motors,
My name is Jamie Shivery and I have recently bought a car from your business. My sales man was Peter and Sam did the finance and Drew in the Service department all had interactions with me.
I walked into your establishment at the end of January in hopes of finding a new car, but my hopes were not very high due to my credit issues. I was, at that time, paying on a car in my ex-husbands name, which of course wasn’t helping my credit at all. Peter asked what I was looking for and the price range we wanted and he showed us the 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. We instantly fell in love with it and knowing it had 3rd row seats, in our minds it was sold. Well Sam worked his magic and I was driving away in my, just MY, new car a couple days later. This is the first car that I bought on my own. It’s an AMAZING feeling. I have your staff to thank for that. They never once treated us like we were a pain or wasting their time. They were sensitive to my credit issues and didn’t make me feel like I was second class. They made me feel like I was the only one there and that I was as important to them as someone that came in to buy the showroom Bentley! (Which I tried to convince Peter to sell to me for $15K, HA HA HA) My point being your staff and establishment was amazing and so professional when needed, but yet down to earth as well. When we were closing on the car, my boyfriend was outside drooling over one of the black Dodge rams in the parking lot, and Todd just went right up and starting chatting with him. To me, that speaks volumes that he is also down to earth and just because he owns the dealership, he isn’t afraid to talk to a potential customer and is one hell of a nice guy.
Fast forward a couple days, I contacted Peter, because I heard a tapping noise in the engine. He assured me that those kinds of engines often make that noise, but for my piece of mind, he had me bring it in to the service department. I walked in and one of the mechanics greeted me very nicely and Drew was so understanding and willing to help any way he could. I dropped my car off and Drew pulled the big ol boat loaner car around for me to drive and explained things in the loaner car. Around 3 Teresa called (so very polite by the way) and said my car was ready and when I pick it up they are going to see if we are hearing the same noise. So when I picked it up, Drew came out and listened with me and explained that the noise is normal and explained why it was making that sound. He was wonderful in helping and not talking down to me or making me feel stupid because I don’t know these things.
I know that working with the public is not always easy and usually people find complaining a lot easier than writing a compliment, but I wanted to let you know that you have such outstanding staff working for you. I wanted to say thank you so very much to each and every one of you that helped me. You have no idea what you have done for me, in helping me achieve one of my dreams in owning my own car. Thank you all so very much. I really truly appreciate everything you all have done!
