Joseph Rossman and Michael Brown are both excellent at their job. Joseph went over all of the safety and electronic features with us and answered all of our questions. When we arrived to look at the vehicle we were interested in, Michael Brown met us at the door as scheduled and worked with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our choice of vehicles. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the Subaru vehicles. He also answered all of our questions from the beginning of the sale to the final signatures. Recently bought a car from Johnson Subaru and I’ve gotta say — if all dealerships operated like this, there’d be far fewer angry Facebook rants in the world. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly without being pushy. No vultures circling. No “Let me check with my manager” theatrics. Just smooth, straightforward service and people who actually listen to what you want (a rare skill, apparently). They answered every question I had, didn’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need, and even managed to make the paperwork process feel… dare I say… painless? I was in and out so fast I almost wondered if I’d accidentally bought a scooter instead of a car. Drove off the lot feeling confident, not confused — which is exactly how it should be. If you’re shopping around, I’d absolutely recommend giving Johnson Subaru a shot. They made the whole experience easy, honest, and even a little enjoyable. (Yes, enjoyable. I’m as shocked as you are.) Would definitely buy here again — though hopefully not too soon, because I’d like to actually enjoy this car for a bit before they tempt me with another good deal.
