Sierra Subaru of Monrovia review
All the people at Sierra Suburu of Monrovia were capable, responsive and informed when I went there to purchase a car. I was especially impressed with Jeffrey Stevens who introduced options I hadn't considered, and his not manipulating or crowding me to make a choice. Quite a fine crew there.

Excellent, friendly, professional service. Had the inventory we were interested in. Curtis Staley was our sales rep and answered all our questions and followed up to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We have been very happy—and are long-term/repeat customers of this dealership for over 20 years.

Subaru PacificReviews
Subaru Pacific review
Before calling Subaru Pacific, I spent hours and hours looking at Crosstreks online. I had visited another Subaru dealership that felt like the stereotypical car sales scenario - push for upsell, didn't listen to my price ceiling, and even after running my credit, said they couldn't tell me if I had qualified for the advertised low interest rate until AFTER I made a final deal on a car. I was there for 3 hours and the manager felt sort of dismissiv I called Subaru Pacific, spoke with Josh (so nice to deal with!) and gave him my parameters; there was no slick upsell, no pressure, he also ran my credit but told me immediately what interest rate I qualified for! Within ten minutes we made a deal on the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and I drove over to sign the papers the next day. Every single person I dealt with at Subaru Pacific was kind, professional, customer-focused, very helpful and put me at ease. I got the feeling these people love their jobs, their product and the company itself. I'm driving a wonderful 2026 Crosstrek now, and so happy with it! Looking forward to the upcoming "tutorial" with Jesse, where I can ask any questions about how to use all the cool features that are completely new to me on this car. Everything about working with Subaru Pacific has been positive.
2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

Sierra Subaru of MonroviaReviews
Sierra Subaru of Monrovia review
I feel comfortable and confident with the care of myself and my 2019 Subaru Forester at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. I had gone to another Subaru dealership about 20 miles away, and was very displeased in how I was treated and the treatment of other female car owners waiting for their car to be serviced. I by far feel its worth my time to visit this dealership, I work with Jaime the service representative, and he listens to my concerns and shares his expertise in counseling in what needs to get done

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
This was hands-down the smoothest vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Having bought four cars in the past, I’m used to the typical dealership experience—which usually feels pushy, high-pressure, and a bit arrogant. AutoNation was a breath of fresh air. I called ahead for an appointment, and during my first visit, I was able to do a test drive and get an accurate "out-the-door" price estimate in just about an hour and twenty minutes. The selling team (Drew) answered all of my questions clearly without any hidden agendas. They gave me the time and space I needed to go home, research other inventories, and think it over for a few days. After looking around, it was clear that this vehicle and this dealer were my best option. No pressure, no hassle—just excellent customer service. So far, I am absolutely loving my Subaru Crosstrek! Highly recommend.

We found the car we wanted online and through costco and got the quote before going to the dealership. When we got there, Nathan Houston helped us. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He offered us added packages and explained each one to us, but didn't force us to buy anything we didn't want. With my previous experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't sure this would be any different. But this was such a nice experience. No headache no hassle no issues. They washed the car and got it nice and ready for us before leaving the dealership and it didn't take long either. I'm a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend everyone to talk with Nathan.

AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Carlsbad Subaru in the past few months. These are also the first two Subarus we have ever owned. Love the cars. The dealership works with Costco to establish a fair price. Trade in values were fair. Great service from the sales team and the finance guy. Highly recommend. We actually plan to get our service there too, although there are three dealerships much closer to our house. Everyone was very patient and supportive through the process. No funny add on games. Low pressure, high integrity, honest responses, and knowledgeable staff equals the reason we are proud Subaru owners.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle, and I especially want to recognize Brigitta for her outstanding service. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Brigitta’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explain all my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured... Instead, I felt genuinely supported and valued as a customer. Brigitta went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Brigitta's positive attitude, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and made a lasting impression. Andrew and Matt were also great to work with and helped make the experience even better, but Brigitta truly exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend asking for her if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. She delivers exceptional customer service and truly cares about her clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
