CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
2017 Subaru Crosstrek review
Car ended up being a little too small for packing in people, a dog and all the gear on a trip to the cabin or elsewhere. Loved driving it though! It was sometimes a little noisy inside the car at highway speeds. Nothing but positive overall.

I absolutely love this car, but I bought a camper van and don't need two cars. I will miss it. Good mileage, and fantastic AWD traction in snow. Great ski car.

Bought my 2022 Pilot here back in May. Workmanship of the repairs were of good quality. Honest business, easy to work with and will make a fair deal! I always wait a bit to do reviews to see if anything crops up that needs tending to by the business. There was one instance I needed an extra lugnut, let them know, it was ordered and received promptly. Other than that, have had zero issues with my vehicle other than typical maintenance items. Would consider buying here again, should they have the vehicle I’m in the market for!
