2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. The overall service was good but I have a few complaints.. Wehad a 10:00 am appt. Brought in on time. We assumed about 4hrs. So we left and called in later. 4 hrs. Later we called in and they had not started. No call to tell us. We called around 5:00 and car would not be done until the next day so we wasted the whole day hanging around. We live in Park City and we had to make another trip. Also coolant was low and not check after review. We have bought 8 Subarus their and facilitated is a bit in disarray.
2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I am genuinely impressed with my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. After driving Genesis vehicles for more than nine years, and more recently experiencing an electric vehicle, I had very high expectations for comfort, quality, and everyday convenience. The Crosstrek Hybrid has exceeded those expectations. It feels solid, refined, comfortable, and incredibly easy to drive. I especially appreciate the excellent visibility, safety features, practical size, and the confidence it gives me on the road. One of the biggest advantages for me has been the hybrid system. After owning an electric vehicle, I truly appreciate not having to plan my day around charging stations or wait for the vehicle to charge. At the same time, I am still enjoying excellent fuel efficiency and saving on gasoline. For my lifestyle, it gives me the best of both worlds: efficiency without the inconvenience. This is my first Subaru, and I am extremely happy with my decision. The Crosstrek Hybrid has made such a positive impression that I can easily see Subaru becoming the preferred brand for my family in the future.
