We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. We worked with Brittany New when buying our Certified Pre Owned Impreza and it was an easy, stress free experience. Not only is she knowledgeable about her trade but is a very likable person who was always responsive to my questions via email or phone. She made herself available to us, although I'm sure she was juggling many "xxxxx" at any given moment that hardly seemed apparent. She made sure the process was simple for us and that we were getting what we wanted. Highly recommend!

I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. We ended up with a certified preowned Impreza, which I'm very happy with. Everyone was very friendly, it seemed very low pressure, and Bryan was very well-informed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Subbie!

Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subura. My older sister's first car was a Subaru, and her second one as well. My aunt's father was a Subaru mechanic for many years. She grew up driving Subarus. When she had children, they all drove Subarus. and still do to this day. Plus, we have found a WONDERFUL Subaru salesperson who we bought our first and second Subaru from and won't use anyone else. RAIRDON'S SUBARU OF AUBURN. Her name is Van. She helped me pick out my first Subaru. She was so helpful, and when my father was in an accident,t and we needed to purchase a new one We only wanted to have her help us. She has been nothing but an amazing salesperson from start to finish and everything in between.

I know how dealerships usually work, and how salesman are. But I went in knowing what I wanted. Hieu was amazing and I appreciate him making the process smooth and fast. 10/10 experience from him. Just some advice. Go in knowing what you want and figure out what the out the door price is, before you let them know if your financing/buying or have trade ins. This location seems very reasonable. Highly recommend.
